Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love this Chipotle restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is always very clean and neat. I go there quite often now because it's very convenient. Honestly, the food never disappoints. The servers can skimp on the servings, but I always ask for a bit more rice 😊. All the dishes prepared are all delicious and will continue to frequent this Chipotle on FM620!!!!!!

There were two Huskies and they were absolutely adorable. The employees were kind and hard working and cheerfully gave my kids extra toppings!

The person at the window was very friendly, and the order was perfect. . For being such a new restaurant, the service, and even the food quality here is noticeably better than other locations I’ve been to.

Placed a order for 9:30, got pulled over on my way there and arrived at 9:58, the employees let me in and gave me my order even tho it was 2 mins till close. Super nice staff and the food is always delicious. Thank you guys <3

Chipotle always gives wonderful service and great food. The only thing that's changed over time is their pricing, as it now costs about $25 for my wife and I to get lunch at Chipotle (incl. Drinks).

We are willing to pay though, as Chipotle continues to deliver excellent service and a menu that is consistent in taste and variety across all their stores. Today, my 'Burrito Expert' was kind and smiling.

My only beef with Chipotle right now is their mobile app. I don't know if it's just me, but almost every time I get my order ready, the app encounters a problem and deletes my entire cart. My dad loves the app, maybe my experience is unique to me.

Either way, Chipotle rocks. This branch in particular has great service, clean restrooms, and follows COVID-19 guidelines.

Delicious food. Fast and convenient. Kids meal is perfect choice for younger ones. This is our favorite Chipotle location.

This location seems to have the best tasting chicken. This was actually the best bowl I've had at any Chipotle...even better than in Denver. Staff is very friendly. Good parking. Plenty of seating. They do offer a military/first responder discount. Stop in and check it out.

Always love Chipotle. Generous portions. Drove 30 min out of my way twice this week. Recommend the bowl with carnitas if you don't like spicy.

This Chipotle is the model of what other locations should be. Fast and friendly service, super clean restaurant, and overall just high quality. I visit this location often due to proximity of my office and it never lets me down. Thank you, Chipotle 620.

Purchased beef steak bowl with Guacamole, brown salsa, both beans, brown rice, with grilled peppers. I didn't contract Montezuma's revenge and the entre measured up to taste standards. Repeat customer.

I rarely write reviews, and never on google, but I will just because this place is new and doesn’t have many reviews, and doesn’t even have a yelp page, but I still think it deserves a great rating somewhere.

So far I’ve been twice since it opened. First I went inside to order, where everyone was super friendly and attentive while helping me. They made the order exactly how I wanted and seemed more than happy to do it. I know they’re paid to be happy to serve, but even still, a TON of places can’t seem to get their employees to even pretend that they want to be there. This place does, which I always think is worth appreciating.

I came back a second time, but this time I tried the online ordering system. Again, the person at the window was very friendly, and the order was perfect. Was nice! Wish seat areas were more conveniently set up in all Chipotle’s, not the number of seats, but the comfort. Who ever is in charge of it, need to learn more about it and get some experience from McDonald’s at least.

I was Jonesing for Chipotle out of the blue for some reason. I went to the location nearest me on FM 620. The line was pretty long stuffed with lots of hungry high schoolers It moved quickly, and the staff was more than friendly. I completed my order and was happily given extra toppings when I asked. I was paying with a gift card that ended up being about 89 cents short. The person working the registry reached for the tip jar to cover the balance. I stopped her and pulled out another card to cover the balance. I was really impressed with that customer first attitude. Next time I am back in the restaurant I will be sure to bring some cash and leave an extra big tip!

PS all customers followed social distancing policies during this stressful COVID controlled time.

When we lived in Southern California, Chipotle was our go-to for inexpensive, nutritious Mexican food; it is nice to see that their quality is consistently high everywhere we've been.

While most Chipotle’s have similar products, this Chipotle stands out from the rest.

Always friendly faces, quick moving lines, food in stock, and excellent customer service —- on top of that their food is always *perfect!!

I’ve been to some Chipotle’s where the meat is dry, the guacamole is old, or something tastes off. To me it’s obvious the preparation here is done perfectly.

I will be (and already have started) going 2-3 times a week.....lol
