I have been driving a company fleet vehicle for the last 15+ years, and this week made my first auto purchase since the summer of 1999. I found a vehicle online that fit my want list, and when I went to Cedar Park Nissan to take it for a spin, my good fortune continued as James Mokry was my salesperson. James was awesome, no other way to say it!!

Zane was very helpful, cordial and prompt when addressing the issues with my Armada. The service techs were quick to diagnose and repair. The turn around time was 2 days, but would have probably only been one if I hadnt of had issues with the extended warranty that was unrelated to the dealership. I am very happy with my experience with the service department at Cedar Park Nissan.

I had a recall notice that was performed, an oil change, tire rotation and annual state inspection. I called and received a next day appointment, was greeted when I arrived, and the services were completed quickly and accurately. The staff was welcoming, courteous and friendly.

Josh A. gave us the white glove service! he went above and beyond to make sure all our car needs were met. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we inquired about. Josh kept the process of buying a car very smooth even though we had a vehicle to return to another dealer. His professionalism and kindness has earned our business in the future.

Lauren (my main point of contact) and team were very helpful in all aspects of the process. She was very patient and asked the right questions to help narrow the search and provided timely updates throughout.

Overall, I never felt the inevitable sales pressure that most dealerships are guilty of making you feel. Also, they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in.

Joseph Saucedo has been the best service advisor I have had to opportunity to meet in all the Nissan dealerships I’ve been to. Cedar Park Nissan exceeded expectations on my first service visit. The service dept is well-coordinated and thorough. A shuttle was offered to me while the work was being done, but I refused. The waiting area in the front is more comfortable than the back, and there is an electronics table available for phone charging.

Several services were recommended with cost listed. We chose the ones we wanted to do right now. All work has been successful with no complaints. We will continue to use Cedar Park for all of our Nissan needs.
