I have to say I'm completely amazed at the level of service Angelo displayed. It's the 1st time since having Verizon that I left feeling well taken care, and he took the time to listen to my needs and wants. He explained everything down to each detail and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and happy. I will be sure to always go to him for my phone needs.

Had a mess up when I bought a new phone (my fault) and I couldn’t be more happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Angelo and Steven! Super patient with us and kind! Got everything solved and we are happy! Great team here!

Came here a second time and dealt with the new manager Jeremy. I was able to trade in my phone for a great promotion and transfer everything over seamlessly. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. I would highly recommend coming to this location just because of the great service!

What a wonderful experience. This is a newish store and my first time coming here. I really only came in to buy a cover for my iPhone 7. (don’t laugh) I just can’t see buying a phone when my 7 works perfectly for my needs. Anyway. After seeing the SE wouldn’t cost much, and I had a discount price, on top of Verizon bucks and my monthly bill would go down, I couldn’t pass up getting a newer phone. The 7 is being retired to the iPhone museum I heard.
Nick was amazing. And so was the other gentleman in the store too. Both told me the great value for my purchase and got me what I needed to suit my iPhone lifestyle.
Nick and I spoke for a while about life in general while my phone was transferring all the information over. Great enjoyable experience. I feel I was meant to be there at that exact moment. I will for sure come back here with any Verizon needs. I’ve been with Verizon for years, I have always had great service, no mater what state and city I’ve lived in.

Affan was beyond honest, helpful and efficient!! He took his time explaining stuff to me, while walking me through step by step. He even talked me through what could go wrong and what to do if it did!! He was so patient & knowledgeable! First time visiting this new Verizon store but definitely won’t be the last if I need anything! Thank you for valuing customer service so much!!

Best Experience Ever!! After the headache I've been dealing with from sprint/tmobile, data issues, no new phones etc. I was able to walk in to Verizon and get great customer service. I have new service, a new, phone and a great plan. Thank you for taking your time to satisfy a new customer.

This new Verizon store is Amazing. I was driving down 620 and saw their signs in the yard. I pulled in not knowing that they just opened that location. I arrived late in the evening with a rather rare request. I run Lone Star School of Music and needed a new phone line added and a number ported over. Our phones are always ringing so I needed to get this done quick. Wow I was so impressed with their service. I was greeted and assisted by Darren. He was awesome. He got the job done with some assistance from Cody (manager). The experience I had with both Darren and Cody will keep me a Verizon customer.

Nicholas was extremely helpful and great at customer service. While my phone was setting up, he assisted another customer whose order from a different store was inexplicably canceled, and that customer also left with a new phone completely set up.

The staff here is very knowledge, friendly, and helpful.

UPDATE: My wife went to this store after a poor experience at another authorized Verizon retailer when we switched from another carrier. They spent the time to help her untangle the web of setup steps taken at the other store, explain why everything was wrong, and then set up her phones correctly. We ended up not even purchasing anything, but will be absolutely going back when it's time for accessories and upgrades! EXCELLENT customer service!

As a previous employee of Verizon, I am thoroughly impressed with the staff. They are informative and pleasant to work with. They helped my family and I get into the plan that was right for us and phones that met our needs. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon. Keep up the good work!

I experienced exceptional customer service from technicians Austin, Miguel, Joshua, Darren and the whole sales team at the Austin, Texas ConnectNow Four Points location on HWY 620. Integrity. Honesty. Technical expertise. Patience. Product knowledge. Courtesy and professionalism. These are only of the few attributes that I encountered from the staff at this location. Austin and Miguel spent a considerable amount of time with me initializing my new devices, assisting with apps and providing a general product overview during my recent cellular equipment and Verizon Wireless service upgrade. This was an extremely pleasant experience which will assuredly result in my return as a repeat customer to this store in the future. Great service, helpful and polite staff. Could not have asked for much more, helped me with everything I needed to know and then some. Highly recommend this store if you are someone like me who needs knowledgeable help when trying to understand your phone!

Awesome phone repair! Great nice people too. Low cost- $70. Same day service—less than one hour! Replaced broken screen(that was replaced prior at another repair shop—with a faulty screen). Diagnostic done and fixed home button. They gave me new charger, and earbuds just bc it was my birthday. They put on a new tempered glass too for free!!!!

Great experience, I was expecting a shady CellularSales store, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. I walked in and I waited for a while, so the took all taxes off($200) my iPhone XS, and gave me a discount on a case. All in all I will definitely come back to this place in the future. I thought that most of the reviews were fake, but they really aren't.
