One of the best Home Depot locations I’ve been to. Bryan went above and beyond to answer my questions about an impact wrench and instilled confidence in my purchase. His genuine willingness to help and friendly demeanor will bring me back to this location and recommend it to all my friends and family. Kudos to Bryan!

Love this branch, guys on Prodesk are good and kind, all staff is very helpful. All items are well laid out which is very important as well. If I need something to buy in Home Depot, I will definitely go to this location.

Jacob is literally my hero. I had a vision for a DIY project, and he knew exactly where to find everything. He even helped troubleshoot and showed me how to use the wood cutting station. This man is the real deal! He spoke so highly of everyone he works with and coached quickly and efficiently when necessary. This is definitely my FAVORITE home depot in Austin now!

I recently picked up a work bench that ended up to be much bigger and heavier than I had anticipated. The guy working the pickup counter (I wish I would have gotten his name) made it a non-issue. Seriously, this was the easiest time I've had picking up an order ever and the two guys who helped get the monstrous workbench into the back of my hatchback deserve a raise. They genuinely wanted to help and made my life easy though they didn't have to.

I went to this location a lot, and the employees have always been nice, particularly helpful, and I leave having a better day than when I arrived.

Unfortunately I'm moving so this will no longer be my home depot, but I think they deserve a shout out for having so many great people.

Most home depots are great about letting me bring in my own stuff to figure out what I need to build onto it, and they just smile and say hi. I've even brought in a living room chair to one location.

Today, I brought in an heb bag of parts I needed to find hardware for, for various projects, and a bookshelf speaker to find a pan head screw which would be a snug fit. All worked out well, as always!

This is my preferred Home Depot branch closer to my home. This store is modern, efficient, and conveniently located. It's the perfect size, making it quicker and more straightforward to find what I need, ultimately saves me time.

I've been to a lot of bad home depot's. This is definitely not one of them. These people are always so helpful and so considerate. I've been working through a few home projects and my kid loves coming with me to this home depot. The greeter is the nicest guy and the people working the register are so kind and helpful. When I need something it is so easy to find help. It's really not hard to be a regular to this location. Everything is in fact...awesome

It was nice inside I didn’t buy anything tho but shoutout to the young employee with the blonde hair in the parking lot he is very polite.

This is not my normal store I go to, but I have been doing a job out by the lake and stop in at this store right when they open. Even at 6am with very few people available to assist me with checking if they had something that was out of on the shelf. I was looking up and I thought I saw a box way up high and the guy went and got the tall stairs from the other end of the store and got the box down and it was what I needed and he asked me how many do you need. I got what I needed and was greeted with a smile at checkout and out the door and was only in the store for 15 minutes and on my way to the job. Could not ask for more than what I received at this Home Depot location and would tell anyone nearby that needs home improvement supplies these guys got you covered and treat you like family. Stop in and see for yourself, I'm confident you won't be disappointed.

Still one of my fav places for all things house and garden related.
If you frequent the garden section you may be lucky enough to meet Rochelle who is both knowledgeable on plants and applications for bugs and plant disease. She obviously loves her work and always welcomed questions. So lucky to have her as a resource!

As a newcomer to the area I have made repeated visits to this store to "set up house". Wow! Customer service is the best and I'm pretty sure I have visited every department. They exceed expectations and seem to have endless patience. Likewise when I have called the store, personnel are prompt and great about getting back to me if they don't have an immediate answer. When there has been an issue or error with a sales item, they have remedied the situation beyond what might be expected! Feel very lucky to have this store as a nearby 'neighbor'! and look forward to continuing as a regular customer. They have certainly set the bar very high at this location.

I had such a great experience at this Home Depot. It's out of my way a bit, but I had to rent a texture machine and this was the one closest to me that had one to rent. The phone experience was good, I was able to find all the info I needed and put a hold on the machine. I picked it up from a very friendly man at tool rental who advised on everything I needed as well as carried everything to my car. I see this store has high reviews, and from my experience I see they deserve them.

I am in Home Depots all over the greater Austin area. In the last 2 months this one has grown to be the best in town. The staff is not only nice but also willing to help. In my last visit I had one cashier, Brookyn IIRC, not only take initiative with an unruly customer in line but also in the same transaction flag down another employee and ask them to help me load my truck as I had a ton of materials. The employee who helped me load the truck was a younger gentleman who was not only a pleasure to talk to but also knowledgeable in proper loading. He even helped me tie down the load and returned my carts for me. Kudos to the team. Thanks!

Long time Lowes fan, but this HD is one the best home improvement stores I have been too. This store is super clean too. Service is always amazing at this location and items are in-stock. Made me stop going to Lowes :)

Great service! I went in for some paint and was overwhelmed by the selection. An employee saw me with my eyes full of confusion and rattling questions so he came to my help without me ever asking! Great service! I’m sure I looked like a deer in front of headlights and I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff!

I tried to buy a refrigerator online and use my Home Depot gift Cards. Turned out to be a big pain. BUT I called Josh the manager at 4 points Home Depot and he took care of me.I came in store, he was Very nice and customer service oriented. Even after my dog had an accident at counter! Josh took me back to appliances to Dan Thompson who was extremely nice and i ordered my refrigerator! Great customer service!

This is the only home Depot I will go to in Austin. The staff is all solid and have repeatedly shown they know what they're talking about. Other thds and Lowe's in the area barely have any help on the floor and I find help whenever I need it here, excepting any occasional huge sales like Black Friday. Management is super friendly as well and anything I've brought up has been addressed with urgency. Cristy is especially helpful. I don't even order online anymore, I go to their pro services counter and have them do it so they can actually watch to make sure corporate is going things right. Never really had a problem with an item being out either, their stock people are really consistent.

Derek A. went above and beyond to find the pickaxe we needed when it wasn't available on the shelf (it was still on a pallet). He was very kind and helpful. We really appreciate customer service like that.
