Friendly and professional service by the entire CVS team from the warm greeting I received when entering the store to the fantastic pharmacy crew who handled the long line so efficiently. This is by far the best CVS in the area. On a day I was under the weather, these guys boosted my feelings (the drugs helped me too). Thank you all for an awesome customer experience. Outstanding in every way!

We were helped by one of your employees. I am not very familiar at names, but she is 79 years old and usually works at night. Since she was 13, she has been working in retail. What an amazing angel.

The majority of people in this generation do not go the extra mile for their customers like her. What amazing customer service. She deserves to be promoted or given a raise. She always checks our receipt or reminds me of the discounts I have on file whenever she helps us. I will come often to say hi to her. Please managers give her a raise or promotion. I will tell everyone to shop here because of her.

So I had a couple of prescriptions sent over to this particular CVS pharmacy. I spoke with Karen, and found out unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance. So, she did refer me to a competitor ( don’t want to mention their name) either way, the new pharmacy that accepted my insurance just gave me the run around. 3 hours later, I still hadn’t heard anything back. I called, and they didn’t have a clue of what was going on, so I asked to get my scripts transferred to another pharmacy! So now, I’m frustrated, the 3rd pharmacy calls this place and they tell them there’s only one script instead of 2! So, I call CBS back, and speak to Kristen again, she went the extra mile for me. She not only called the unorganized pharmacy, but she actually called the THIRD ONE TOO! She could have easily said, sorry, we did our part, and let it be. She didn’t, she went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, and I greatly appreciate all of her help in this time of need! Give that lady a raise! She’s so amazing!

Got the COVID Vaccination for my 12 years old son. The appointment was online and we arrived everything went smoothly and flawlessly. The pharmacist who administrate the shot was very kind and polite, my son's 1st shot was a good memory for him.

This store is my favorite CVS experience.

Sandi, Anthony and the whole crew has always done their best with the resources they have especially during the pandemic.

It's like a family experience after shopping this CVS for years.

Thank you Erica at the pharmacy for going above and beyond and ensuring my insurance was information was correct in the system. It seemed that someone had accidentally entered my info incorrectly before but all is well and mistakes were fixed! Thank you so much!

Much improved service at the pharmacy and a positive attitude with the staff.

The people were wonderful. They took the time to help me if it were a price check or picking an item.
