The UPS Store

This UPS Store location is great! I have used this location five times in the past year and everyone on staff is beyond friendly and always helpful. I went to the store this morning needing to send something FedEx. Of course, they could not accept the parcel, but Mrs. Robertson was kind enough to direct me where I needed to go. Again, everyone I have come in contact with at this location is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you to the folks at this store for providing top-notch service!

Went in to send a package. There were two employees at first and only three of us in the store. One employee went in the back and about 6 more people came in. The employee at the front, tall guy with long hair (didn’t get his name), opened up two registers as one person had a multitude of packages. The guy was cool, calm, polite and operated both registers amazingly well. 5 stars for him working as well as he did. I wish him (and my package) the best of luck.

I had to return an Amazon package and it needed packaging. I did not expect to buy packaging… and did not have my wallet to pay. Instead of sending me back, Peece took care of the packaging payment himself! Have not had this kind of service elsewhere🙏 thank you!

I stopped by on my way into the office this morning with a package. I was stressed and in a serious hurry. The lady that assisted me was delightful. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was in and out in an acceptable amount of time. Great way to start my day! Thank you!!!!

I have been coming to this store for years as it's location is convenient. In the past few months I've noticed a drastic difference! The store is now clean and organized, the lighting is great, signage has improved, the staff is incredibly friendly and they process customers quickly. They haven't had the best reviews historically but whatever they've been doing in the past few months they should keep it up. Great experience!

Kera was fantastic! I got there right at closing time, and rather than make me come back another time, she was kind enough to let me in & process my return. This store is close to my house and I have been a customer for many years.The staff is always nice and friendly.

While this location is often busier than it can keep up with (and wait times can be long), I have to say that the customer service has always been so good. Every employee I have interacted with here has been kind, friendly, and helpful. I will happily wait in line for good service!

This is my favorite UPS store. They are super helpful and friendly at this location even when they're busy. I've been to some locations and if you've forgotten to tape up your package in advance, they do not want to help. The Four Points location is completely different from the others. I highly recommend them! 😊

I have been going to this store for over 7 years and they are always pleasant and very helpful. They do not charge for tape when I drop off my packages and I have never had any problems with my shipments. I live in Steiner Ranch and this is the best store I have found in this area.

I've been going to this store for over 7 years now and I have always been treated with respect and good service. I don't know what some people expect from their UPS store, but I've always been treated well and given efficient service. There are times when customers are not well prepared themselves which can cause delays with service during busy times but that's not on Ronnie or Julie, that's on the customer.

the owner is super nice, he's a jokester so I can see how others may find him being rude or whatever, but that's prob b/c those people lame. I thought he was fun and funny, he's about business, direct, straight to the point.
My girlfriend and I brought in boxes and boxes of stuff for Amazon and he was patient, helped alot, even cut down the box size for us and watched the boxes while we ran home to grab something we forgot.
anyways, great place and my go to ups store.

Outstanding customer service. Very busy place but efficient and professional attendant had it all under control. In addition, he greeted each customer and sincerely inquired about their weekend.

This is the best ups store in this area. The staff are always willing to help.with packaging, select the best shopping option. Ive taken ATT equipment to return. The store has to repack it in the appropriate box. Im grateful for the help. Never had any problems with this store, in fact it is the only ups i will go to.

I was a little apprehensive to go for notary services after reading reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. quick service, friendly employees, in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Awesome Experience, Every Time. We have rented a business box from these guys for years. We look forward to checking the mail, always leave this location smiling, and feel like they really care about us.
