Thank goodness this Best buy is here cuz occasionally I'm in this area and need to pick up some solid state drives and computer components for my computer repair business and the customer service here and a new remodeling is nice and Spacey and much appreciate it!

They even do keep the restrooms clean keep the area spotless customer service is always on top of making sure you're checked in and out quickly and find what you need very well-organized and knowledgeable staff!

They also have convenient locker pick up so you can order online and they can just put into locker to pick up or bring it to your car :)

We came in to buy a TV with some research/ideas but weren’t 100% sure on which. Dustin did a phenomenal job explaining the differences between each one. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable on all the intricacies involved in the experience and formation of each TV. Highly recommend his expertise in case you are in the same boat!

Our visits to Best Buy have consistently been positive experiences. The friendly and helpful store representatives, especially Eric, stood out. Eric dedicated extensive time to explain TVs and sound systems thoroughly, offering fantastic recommendations. Summary: good service, nice folks

Details: stopped in to inquire about a remote start for my car. Was quickly helped and was even consulted by the installer on the best options. They were backed up, so spontaneously taking me aside to answer questions was service that I haven't encountered in years in retail.

Day in line overnight for Founders Edition drop. Management was very helpful with letting is know estimated inventory the night before. They were on time handing out vouchers around 7:30 and the line to purchase started moving at 8. Management even advised where the cards would run out in the line so people didn't wait around for no reason. Probably 150 or more that didn't get cards that didn't have to wait extra time in line to find out. Well done Best Buy, bravo.

A lot of product, employees know what they carry and where everything is in the store, super helpful. Easy curbside and plenty of parking.

First time I’ve used Geed Squad. They tried to fix my new Garmin watch: they ended up returning it for a new one. They were thorough, friendly and did their job. Newer watch works great.

If you haven't been to a Best Buy lately, you should! A lot more upscale feel and honestly, it was refreshing to ask sales people questions instead of reviews online and actually get...get this....customer support! Also, to try them on and hear them instead of looking and reviewing specs. Get down. Buy them. Use them immediately! No need to pay for shipping or wait tomorrow or Monday for it to arrive! Also saw a mom and son bonding over the right speakers to buy...made me miss growing up. They also have electric bikes, hearing aids, protection, treadmills... basically anything you would expect from
...an Electrics Store!

I purchased an iPad and Apple Pencil on Black Friday this year at a different location and was sold a pencil that wasn’t compatible with my iPad. I went to this location to exchange it for a pencil that was compatible and had trouble pairing - could not figure out why it wouldn’t pair. I came back to this store thinking it was defective and Matt and Dustin took the time to investigate what the issue could be. Dustin was so professional and attentive. Matt personally tested various products and researched what the issue could be. Turns out the issue was my IOS software was not up to date. Their customer service was above and beyond. I really appreciate being able to fully enjoy my Christmas gift! Thank you!

We bought open box with an additional 20% and $50 if we took it home that day Great bargain. So happy 😊 the employees are awesome and helpful we asked soo many questions but, I loved they were knowledgeable on the product. Bought the kitchen aid dishwasher went to lunch while they bubble wrapped then came back bought the stove 😲 they wrapped loaded and we were off

This Best Buy is Great! Everyone is super friendly and staff asked me several times if I needed help with anything. I got a freezer from there and online it was showing they didn't have any of the ones that I wanted but he went out of his way and still went to go check in the back to see if they had 1 in-stock. I'm loving my freezer!!!

Another great long-standing pandemic, surviving business providing outstanding service. If you are unfamiliar with Best Buy and their Total Tech Warranty program, I highly recommend looking into it and taking advantage of the benefits!

Not to mention their outstanding phone customer service, this store and their products have proven to be well worth the investment.

I love Best Buy. Will always spend more than necessary. Little upset they are ending the TotalTech thing but will not stop shopping here!
