Target

I like this Target for its size, employees, and selection. It's not too big like some Super stores making a shipping trip a little easier without distractions. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. It's the holiday change from Halloween to Thanksgiving and CHRISTMAS!!!! I found the Halloween sale section with fabulous discounts! I also started planning Christmas decor with the cute, little, inexpensive yes and ornaments. (See photos)

Came to this store for a Stanley cup whenever I got there there was non on the floor went to guest services and talked to Corey and he went to check the back and after like 10 minutes he came back with the last one in the back. Amazing guest service

Drive up pickup is so easy to do. They are always so nice, even during covid. The service really helps moms and grandmoms. Thanks for providing.

I recommend using Target's 'pick up' system.
I had two simultaneous 'pick up' orders at 4 Points Target. I had never used that option in the past and I was skeptical for a number of reasons (especially since it was the busy weekend before Thanksgiving). I had doubts that 1) it would be ready on time, 2) it would be filled accurately, and 3) it would be an easy process to pick it up.
1 - it was ready in plenty of time;
2 - it was filled accurately; I knew there were limited quantities of a few items and I got an email notifying me that some items were not available. But I was offered some options - cancel the item, arrange a pick up at another store or have the items shipped to me free of charge. I chose shipping because I don't need those items right away.
3 - simple to pick up; the customer service desk is at the front of the store so I didn't have to traipse all the way to the back of the store or some other out of the way location; there was no line (I know that part was due to fortunate timing); the Target associate, who was both efficient and pleasant, found both my orders online and then HE went to collect them and brought them to me within a couple minutes (about 15 items) and they were already bagged. I strolled back out to my car - in and out of the store in about 7 minutes. SO CONVENIENT!

Karina G was really helpful when I was looking for an item that wasn't on the shelf, but in stock in the back. I really appreciated her helpfulness. As for this store, it's secluded in the woods and not as busy as other Targets so it's nice.

I returned several items to the 4 Points Target and picked up a pre-ordered item. Wow! What a pleasant and easy experience! Jason was friendly, upbeat, helpful, and very professional. When I didn't have my phone or the Target app (apparently the app makes return of online purchases easier), he provided me with other options. As he scanned each item, he provided clear instructions about the buttons to press on the credit card reader. He also helped with my pickup item, even though that technically wasn't his area. He gave me a store gift and a promotional item. He then offered to take my cart, which I no longer needed, and returned it to the front entrance where the other carts were. Finally, he wished me a happy holiday. Give that guy a raise! I hope the rest of Target's employees are as awesome as Jason!

Our neighborhood Target at Four Points has been improving and it is great to shop there now more than ever!!! Loving all the changes they've been making. Great selection of cleaning products and paper products and their pet department ROCKS!

IMO, the best Target store in the Austin area. Very clean, well stocked, and always experience great service from the store associates, especially when making returns.

The Target store at 4 points in Steiner Ranch is such a pleasant store to shop at. It is clean, well organized, and the employees are extremely courteous.

This Target is very clean, great customer service and in a great location. Also not very busy even during the holiday Christmas season. However, it is hard to locate without a GPS because everything on this side of Austin is hidden behind trees. It makes for a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood but hard to find things.

Who doesn't love Target? This location is always clean and never super busy, which is always nice. I have yet to encounter a Target employee that wasn't smiling and super helpful. And as always I usually go in looking for one thing and walk out spending $200 on stuff that I never knew I needed ;)

Special shout out to the gal at the exchange/return counter for helping my distress self this morning. I accidentally spilt coffee all over a baby shower gift I need for today and I can't thank this gal enough for her super kind approach and willingness to resolve my issue without any questions. I love shopping at target because everyone at every store I've been to is genuinely nice! Thank you so much!!!!

Helpful and welcoming staff. They are mostly courteous and I LOVE the curb side pick up, SO helpful !

Target is an amazing place! The staff are her helpful and it is a bit hidden behind the trees. It is also not very busy 2222 is sometimes busy but when it's not we come here a lot! It is a very good business and I hope nothing bad happens to this place!!!!

The quality of customer service and the clean atmosphere that makes for a fun enjoyable shopping expereince. Particularly my cashier Destiny was extremly friendly and greeted me in a happy positive way and made sure to ask me if i found everything i was shopping for, thank you! I will be back to the 4 points location because of this reason!
