A female named Alex gave me such great service. Promote her.....!!!!! Lol.... This woman was so unkind to me for no reason I just decided to give you 5 stars anyway.. I already talked to the manager who apologized for her not much else you can do. Enjoy your weekend. I love this store and people so I got nothing else bad to say great people and location usually.

I just have to give a shout out to the pharmacist with long dark hair at the Four Points Walgreens (Nicole?). Wow! I had a prescription that was complicated between insurance, another system, and the doctor's office. She worked so hard and made a gazillion phone calls on Thursday night to try to get it worked out since the prescription had a deadline on it. She couldn't get it to go through (needed the doctor to redo something) but she worked on it again Friday morning and the stars aligned with all of the systems and I was able to get it. I wouldn't be surprised if she made 15 phone calls to get this resolved, all while helping other customers. She truly cares.
My son has a rare genetic syndrome and he needs so many medicines so we have been using this Walgreens for quite a while. We definitely do get frustrated at times but much of the frustration is due to insurance or the sheer volume of medicines they deal with here. Their employees in the pharmacy never have any down time and somehow they do all their work without getting frustrated at angry customers. Their jobs are definitely made more difficult due to the health insurance industry but they sure work hard to try to get issues resolved.
Thanks again to Nicole who worked so hard on my prescription. You definitely went above and beyond!

My favorite Walgreens is all time. Super fun staff and clean store.

i am a senior citizen and was fortunate enough to get Jean on the phone. I have asthma and diabetes and cant go out! I gave Jean a list of $80 worth of groceries and beauty and drug needs. She went around and collected the items and called me back when she was finished. I went thru drive thru and Chris in the Pharmacy checked me out! These two employees are soo kind and helpful! You have my business! Thank You!

The Pharmacy folks are awesome! They have worked with me tirelessly when I am trying to deal with my brother's various medications and insurance issues. They are ALWAYS very helpful and compassionate!

Insurance changed. Switched pharmacies. Never frequented this chain before; pharmacy staff at this location was helpful, professional and efficient.

Great prices on most cosmetics and toiletries, lots of good "last minute" gift items and gift cards, pretty decent pricing on tobacco

This is the pharmacy I use . Get flu vacuine and all scripts here. Folks always courteous and helpful.

Nice staff and always helpful. Location is close to H.E.B and they always some nice stuff on sale.

Excelente servicio....

There is a bit of everything, cosmetics, vitamins, medicines, some groceries and even cleaning supplies. They have some interesting gifts and little decoration things, in case you need to give someone a little something.
Prices are great for some things, not so great for others, kinda like every other place though.
Staff was respectful.
