Great biggest well designed HEB I have seen and I’ve seen a lot of them all over the state

My favorite ever grocery store. We visit Austin, Texas twice a year from Massachusetts for our granddaughter's birthdays. I have gotten so good at visiting HEB that I know exactly where to go to pick up what I am looking for. They have incredible wine prices and they make best ever guacamole and avocado spread I have ever eaten. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A cross between a east coast "Harris teeter/publix" and a upscale target. Amazing prices, great selection, clean, well organized and amazing staff. A staple in Texas, to bad we can't get them on the east coast.

Within this being a top tier grocery chain, this location is wonderful! Clean, organized, well stocked and enormous! They have every grocery, meat and fresh produce item you need plus a nice selection of seasonal items.

Reasonably priced gas too.

Heb has been a great shopping experience for us the last few years; and this store seems to be one of their best. The produce is usually above average freshness, and the sushi is always tasty. Only complaint is that they sometimes rely too much on the self checkouts at non peak times and force you to wait if you want the traditional (human) checkout, but what store doesn't do this now days.

I like HEB ! It is a great place for buying of foods and working hours are comfortable for me! Thank you HEB for your service to us!

Very big shop at very good price , you get a variety of products!

This is my new H‑E‑B & I love it! I am the kind of person who shops for gifts last minute and H‑E‑B is always my go-to. You would think a busy holiday like Mother’s Day they would be out of things/not have much left but this is definitely not the case here! I came here on Mother’s Day with a GREAT selection of gifts still left, they seem to have more rather than less which is amazing for someone like me😊

Love my HEB!! I also wanted to applaud a cpl employees at Four Point location, Ethan and Keith. Ethan is beyond sweet and polite and extremely helpful, he's been working there quite a while and I've always enjoyed seeing him and being greeted by him. Such a wonderful young man!! Keith is also very sweet and respectful. Y'all make shopping at HEB even better 😊

It has a very good service but the only bad thing is that you have to buy your own bags

Another great HEB in an ideal location. Newer store with all the amenities you've come to expect. Parking can get a tad crazy, but if you are willing to walk a bit the back of the lot is generally empty. Very good setup for curbside pickup with dedicated section of spots. This location also has a covered gas pump. Overall a nice store.

HEB needs to come to Michigan. Every time I visit an HEB in Texas, I am more and more impressed. Wide variety of items and the outdoor garden section is absolutely beautiful

Four Points is an interesting store. If you are looking for a selection of higher end products, it's great!

If you are on a budget and looking for less expensive options, drive 2 miles to the Volente HEB at 620 and Anderson Mill Rd.

Both stores are great but different income demographic.

This is my favorite H‑E‑B. It’s not super busy even on the weekends, and the layout is very simple. Really wish they had the bakery tortillas like the one down the road though :(

This is my best HEB in Austin. Very clean and well organized..the workers are very helpful and friendly. The quality of their products is amazing, fresh foods, seafoods and more. But the only thing I didn't like is the prices... much higher than few months ago (the same everywhere I guess! But more here)...sometimes it feels like I am at the Whole Foods Market. Otherwise it's a pleasure to go there.

I shopped at HEB Four Points today and had a great experience. First, Mike in the Deli-meat department recommended I purchase a certain cheese to go with the Roast Beef I was getting (he even gave me a sample). Mike was right, the two pair together fantastically— Thank you, Mike! Second, my cashier was Andy H. and my bagger was Ethan; a great working combination of two extremely helpful and friendly—to me, the customer—employees. Mike’s exceptional service and sales-ability, coupled with line employees like Andy and Ethan will make me now do all of my shopping at HEB Four Points.
