The entire team at this Starbucks is always phenomenally sweet. Sure, they may run out of items often but it is a busy store so completely understandable. If there’s ever an issue, they always do whatever they can to make it right! Favorite Starbucks!

This Starbucks store is difficult to get to if you'regoing North on 620 FM, but worth the effort! The baristas were upbeat and fun! Lots of seating in a large store and good parking.

This is the Starbucks at 4 points. Really well maintained and the love the store design. It won't contest that of a Starbucks Reserve roastery but it is still good enough. Not much wait usually and they have got good indoor and outdoor seating options. They have every drink that you can find in the app and I'll suggest ordering and picking it up, they are pretty fast. Well behaved baristas, clean place and nothing to complain. Ample parking and it is near the HEB.

I had visit so many Starbucks and tried white choc Mocha some many times even in diferent countries and states but let e tell you , Melisa is the best making White Choc Mocha is a 10-10. I encorage every one that like that drink to have it make by her.

Absolutely the bus they know me by name they know my daughters and my drink. They make my day every single morning and I go in every morning if there's a problem they fix it right away completely love them they know me by my middle name. Ashley and as soon as I hear my voice in the drive-through, they'll come say hi.love them. ❤❤❤

This Starbucks moved to next to the Floors Next Day Store. The original location was off 2222 next to the H-E-B. Now they have a drive through, eating area, and patio.

Well What I can say I love this place and the employees they are wonderful they know me by name and our drinks me and my daughter's even when I am not so lovable they still make my day write little messages' in my cups and if there is a problem they always solved it for me with no problems they are amazing and there every morning -Ashley is my second name and they just hear my voice and they all say Hiiiiiiiiiii ...Love them

This is the only Starbucks I recommend! I come here very often and it doesn’t matter what time of the day or who is working the drive thru, the service is always incredible. Every person at this location cares about their customer and takes their time to ask about your day and put a smile on your face. They have always gotten my drink right the first time regardless of how long the line is ahead of me, which on another note this line moves at lightning speed! Service is great and I will continue to come here regularly to get my caffeine fix.

I got some very good customer service from a very friendly lady named Sonya. She was talkative and engaging, and made ordering very fun. The lines moved fast as well and our drinks were made tasty and quickly. Very nice establishment, kept very clean. The bathroom is nice and clean as well with paper towels instead of hand dryers(always a must). Overally very pleased with this experience, and an extra thank you to Sonya who made my day with an enjoyable morning encounter. No one is that happy to be up at 9 am, but Sonya made it a lot better!

Melissa was very helpful when I had an issue ordering on the app. Very kind and fast team!

Starbucks always makes my money worth it on my favorite frapachinos, made with almond milk taste amazing, and their paper straws at this location are so cool I have never seen it before.

Update: I usually only get Vanilla Bean Frappuccino without coffee but this time I tried tried the Caramel Crunch Frappuccino Cafe, yum. Now can they get an Almond, Pistachio, or Lemon flavored Frappuccino, preferably Almond or Pistachio.

I've been ordering the same drink from Starbucks everyday for the last 10 years: Venti Iced Black Coffee. After I finish it, I refill that large cup with water, and drink it for a few more hours. All day I have this big ol' Starbucks cup, and only THIS Starbucks finally made my experience better with a truly unique idea... AFFIRMATIONS. The barista, Hannah, would write something positive like, "Have a Wonderful Sunday!" or "Have an Awesome Day!" on the lid of my cup, sometimes draw a nice flower or stars, and it has been a very nice touch! My co-workers even asked about it after seeing several Starbucks cups in the trash can next to my desk with positive messages on them. They think it's awesome, and wish their Starbucks starting doing this too! Thanks you so much for all these years of great coffee 💚🖤

This location is a great way to start your day. Customer service from the baristas is fantastic. (ESPECIALLY from DAISY and JAMES) Everyday I am greeted with such a warm smile and cheerful "Good Morning!" Coffee is made with care. No bitterness or burnt taste in the espresso. Quick mobile orders and always clean restrooms!

Not usually a line in the drive thru whenever I come here. The one time there was a line, it moved quite slowly. Never messed up my order. Friendly great service. You can enter from 620. If you are using the median lane on 620, be careful bc there is an apartment complex entrance directly across and there are usually a lot of oncoming traffic also trying to turn/drive across.

Great Starbucks. Staff is great. They take the time to remember you and genuinely work to ensure your order is exactly what you wanted. Very popular location. Using the Starbucks app to order ahead is highly recommended during busy times. Easy mobile order pickup now located at the front of the store.

They were the only Starbucks open within a ten mile radius when I needed a coffee late at night. Even though it was close to closing they were very kind and I had no problems with my order.

As an exhausted mother of a newborn, I was on my way through here to pay a traffic ticket and I’m not familiar with the area, so I found a Starbucks on the Starbucks app and placed an order (because I need coffee all the time, ya know?). After I paid and my order was being prepared, I arrive and to my dismay there’s no drive-through. I just had to haul my sleeping newborn son out of the car, walk across the parking lot and risk waking him up to get my coffee which unfortunately I couldn’t cancel the order for.
Neither the Starbucks app or Google say anything about there being no drive-through. Both Google and the Starbucks app only mention amenities, and not what the store does not feature (features that someone may expect, like a drive thru).
I mean my coffee was great, and I got a nice, welcoming smile from the lady behind the counter too. I seriously would’ve paid someone an extra five bucks cash to walk the coffee to my car in the parking lot.

For some reason, some Starbucks drive thrus are always super slow but, this one seems well managed and efficient. I go there a lot and am running in the mornings. I appreciate the quick in and out.

We frequent this location and I’m not normally one to throw down a review. The heart and soul of this BUX is Sonya! I hope she is the manager because if she is not she should be! I hope the company knows how great she is or someone is going to snatch her up! Do yourself a favor and visit there one morning. I always tell my kiddos that attitude is everything and she’s got it dialed! Thanks Sonya 😊❤
