Really good people working here. I had to set up internet and didn’t really know what I needed, got a quick answer that ended up being cheaper than I thought going in. I had a problem with the device and had to go back the next morning and it ended up being replaced in pretty much no time. The staff working here are all friendly and genuine, I’ve always had a pretty stress free experience here.

Jaden and John were super helpful. They helped fix my phone for free! It was a really easy solution.

I just transferred my service from Verizon to T-Mobile on line, it was not a pleasant experience. I went to the local store here and Jayden could not have been more helpful. He fixed all my issues.

Great customer service, very informative, answered all my questions, switched from at&t, saved about 100 a month! You guys did a great job! Thanks!

Will purposely confuse you take your devices never give you credits for it.Give you attitude and expect you to still make your monthly payments! Both managers in my own personal opinion are not professional whatsoever. The only reason why they probably have gainful employment is only because Steamboat has no one else to fill their position. I will never in the rest of my life do business with T-Mobile again specifically because of this store and it’s employees.

I went to the T mobile store at steamboat springs,. A guy named HAYDEN was the salesman... He was very rude and uninformed.. I brought my phone in because I was locked out. HE TOLD ME THERE IS NO WAY TO GET INTO MY PHONE UNLESS I KNEW THE PASSWORD.. HE SAID ALL MY CONTACTS AND PICTURES AND DATA ARE LOST FOREVER AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO. HAYDEN SHOULD BE FIRED. AFTER SPENDING $300 ON A NEW PHONE, I WENT HOME AND WATCHED THE VIDEO, AND RESTORED MY OLD PHONE BY PUSHING A COUPLE OF BUTTONS... I AM BATTLING STAGE 4 CANCER AND DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, BUT I DO NEED A PHONE FOR MY MUSIC.

Tmobile is the worst phone company and with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff in steamboat were completely wrong about what they were selling me and sold a plan where they don't even offer service, then they never answer the phone when calling the direct store line. The customer service at tmobile headquarters is just as bad and switching services will cost a fortune and it is just impossible to get anywhere at all. They don't even deserve a single star...

Just bought a new phone.... Total lemon.... Worse the dhl loading things.... Super laggy and slow.... Sometimes doesnt even load webpages and this is wen im local or in denver... Horrible service.... Horrible phones.... A joke of a return policy.... If u wanna buy a lemon phone this is the location u need... Any tmobile will assist u with an expensive over priced pile of trash....

Mallory was not very helpful. Hire people with more knowledge.
