The staff are extremely knowledgeable and efficient in transferring 5 lines from Verizon. Joylynn processed our order efficiently with expert knowledge Shiloh was very knowledgeable. Orianah stepped in to assist to transfer Samsung to iPhone seamlessly

Orianah Rocks the Att store, she is very knowledgeable and gets my issues solved every time I need help.

Mallory was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and solved our problems, she is the best. Luis was available at the end of our time and he was more of the same-well run and professional store! We expected to spend a couple of hours upgrading 2 phones and bedding help with several issues, we were ther just over an hour.

Just worked with Mallory at the Steamboat AT&T to set up 2 new lines for my children. She was so patient, helpful, and just awesome to work with. She helped save us money, which made us very 😃 happy! Could not recommend her more! This could have been stressful but she made it delightful.

I went into AT&T on Tuesday I needed help getting a IPad on my plan! Luis was so very helpful, he took all the information for what I was looking for made it so easy and pain free, He was so nice kinda and very very polite! He made my day! I was having a rough day and when I left the store I was happy with what I got and didn’t have to spend an arm and leg! Luis was the best and I will definitely come back! Also the COVID protocol was easy to understand!

Luis was the best customer service representative I've encountered in a long time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and very prompt. He went above and beyond.

Store was neat and clean, employees courteous and friendly. Blanca made the process of buying phones, opening account and transferring phones numbers as painless as I suppose it can be. Looking forward to fewer no service available areas in northern Colorado.

Luke was excellent, knowledgeable, and made the process of upgrading my phone seamlessly simple! Wasn’t being talked into buying anything I didn’t need which I appreciate as a customer. I had a great experience at this store and we even talked football in the downtime when my phone was being set up 👍🏽

Just got a new iPhone. Went to this new AT&T store in Steamboat. Was helped right away to a case & shield for phone and they had a good selection. The service person was real friendly and efficient. Good first experience with this store.

Luis is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get a four phone, new to AT&T order completed after I had problems placing the order online. The store also has very good Covid protocols in place.

As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed with a smile, the people there are so nice and helpful. I’ve gone in a few times for a problem with my phone and a new case, I was helped right away and it didn’t even take long at all.
