If you're looking for a local and very family oriented atmosphere with some of the best food in Steamboat this is your place. We went 3 times during our week there and each time our expectations were exceeded.

The Benedict breakfast was incredible . For the people watchers out there it was truly awesome to watch the regulars come in and be greeted in a true "Cheers" fashion. It was a great place and we will definitely be eating here again when we are in town.

Fantastic food with fast service and friendly staff. Stopped in around lunch time and was able to get a table quickly even though the place is a bit cozy. Decided to try the magill sandwich with some grits and was pleased with the outstanding flavor of both. The sandwich, biscuits and gravy were delicious. The grits were quite tasty as well. I then got a cinnamon roll and a strawberry cream cheese pastry to go. Both of those were outstanding as well. Highly recommend trying this restaurant!!

Great diner with the full spectrum breakfast and lunch menu without being overly greasy. Food tastes fresh and as good as it looks. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and the only downside is that there will usually be a wait, but what can you expect.

This was by far the best lunch ive had on my trip so far. The service was amazing and the waiters were very nice. The food and soup is amazing. All of the food was also very high quality; and the atmosphere was very cozy.

Winona's is one of our favorite places for breakfast when we're staying in Steamboat. Their food is delicious and the staff is the friendliest around, it's a fun casual atmosphere and very intimate despite being pretty busy all the time.

Prices tend to be a little high, but everything in Steamboat comes with that resort town premium. Absolutely worth it. We will absolutely be back next time we're in town, and every time after that.

Delicious! The waitress was really nice and the food was great. We had to wait 25 minutes but they have a text system so we could go shopping while we waited.

Very comfortable, hopping place, in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The breakfasts we had were excellent and the service was outstanding! Lots of good local art work for sale on the walls. The food came out quickly and our orders were accurate! The basil and mushroom scramble was incredible! The cheesy grits or perfect and the pumpernickel bread was to die for. If I had bread like that in my kitchen, I would eat it all day long! We visited during "mud season" and close to 8:30 a.m.We had no wait wait time and there was plenty of seating. By the time we were leaving, all seats were taken, but still no line to wait in for people arriving... I absolutely recommend this place if you are in Steamboat. My taste buds were happy for hours!

Cinnamon roll w/fruit & the Florentine Benedict were absolutely divine. And the best food is supported by the best people: Jess, Yasmin, & Bev are the most incredibly wonderful & helpful persons on this planet - thank you all!!!

We love Winona's. Open early, closes early, they offer anything you could dream of for a hearty breakfast. The staff are wonderful and seem to love each other and what they do. Family friendly and ADA accessible. We tried a little bit of everything with this visit. The classics are perfect, the baked goods are delicious. I will say, the Cinnamon Bun I'd love more if there wasn't granulated sugar in the icing.

Delicious!! Best chia tea I’ve ever had! Pancakes and French toast were so yummy!! Super sweet and attentive waitress. Reasonable prices. Cute place in downtown Steamboat. Love the ski town feel. Great walking the area, shopping, exploring. We will be back!

Ate here twice during our visit and both times the food was delicious. The staff was very busy and both times we had roughly a 30 minute wait. The only complaint I have is it was hard to get a drink refill. First time we had lunch, French dip with a Cesar salad and the grilled cheese with fries. The next day we came back for breakfast and had the buttermilk pancakes and the banana almond pancakes. For lunch our favorite was the French dip and fries. The pancakes stole the show for breakfast and we each enjoyed the flavors we ordered. The portions were large and we left a little plumper than when we came in. I also highly recommend the lemon bars as a sweet treat, mouth watering deliciousness!

Amazing cinnamon rolls! They are a must order, the cream cheese frosting is so amazing and the rolls are cooked perfectly. The country chicken was cooked great, nice and crispy and delicious flavor. The gravy was savory. The green chilies added a small amount of heat but not much. The french dip had great flavor and the bread was tasty. Highly recommend, but you will probably have to wait. Its worth it!

Winona's Restaurant and Bakery is the bees knees of the boat. You walk in and most likely there will be a wait of 45 minutes depending on your party size. Do not fret, the shopping around will make the time fly as we stopped by the local consignment on our 45 minute wait that ended up being less than 45 minutes. Anyway, back to the real reason why you're reading this.

What to order you ask: Highly suggest sharing the savory sweet potato hash, it's filling, it's flavorful and on the healthier side. Then, you'll want to share the Belgian waffle with peanut butter, honey and banana as as your sweeter dish to indulge on.

We heard the cinnamon rolls were also a MUST here but from the Belgian waffle sweetness to the cinnamon roll explosion, I think our sweet tooth's would be screaming so it's on the list for next time.

ALWAYS a great time at winonas!! We love it here, our favorite breakfast spot ever. Their cinnamon rolls are not only giant but they are pure perfection. They’ve figured out the frosting to bun amount and it tastes like heaven. Their breakfasts are amazing we’ve had almost everything on the menu by now and every thing we’ve eaten has been perfect. The staff is so sweet and kind and smart. They’re just great people with great food! Love it, keep it up!!

The food & service is topnotch! My broccoli & cheese soup was delicious! It's a quaint lil spot so we had about a 15 minute wait. No problem, just walked up & down the block visiting other stores until they texted us that our table was ready. Very well worth the wait! Highly recommended

What a great little place to eat. I had the chicken fried chicken with a biscuit and two eggs. The chicken wasn't over cooked and full of flavor. The biscuit was soft and the gravy perfect. Service is great and they have a nice pet friendly outdoor patio. A large menu full of a variety breakfast and lunch items. The staff was very friendly and on the ball. I look forward to returning.

Popular breakfast spot with tasty eats and efficient, friendly service. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options (much of the menu can be customized to be veg). The sweet potato hash was yummy.
