I am not the best on computers and get very frustrated when there are changes and I need to update. I can't begin to tell you how helpful and positive the staff was! Brendan, Carmine Wes and Tyler. They said no problem and minutes later they had my information added and updated to my phone . They were all five stars and I highly recommend them to everyone who struggles with the upgrades, All the best to a wonderful team.

My timing was perfect so I had no wait to get my new phone set up. And while Chad was transferring everything from my old phone to my new one, I decided to upgrade my Apple Watch. So he was able to get that set up for me too! My only complaint would be the amount of money I paid to get out the door (for phone charger, case, set up, etc). But overall very happy with Chad’s service.

Chad was pleasant. Helpful. I wasn't in a good mood cuz my battery crapped out. Would be more customer friendly to have the option of battery replacement instead of the $850 I dropped. Not a reflection on the staff, that's Verizon.

Agnes was great once again. Thank you for your help. I would also like to give a shout out to to entire store staff. When i was in multiple people of an older age group came in with issues that others who are more mentally spry would not have trouble dealing with. The staff was amazing in their attention and professionalism with there clients

I had a great experience today. The whole team at this store is very friendly. Brian is very knowledgeable and has helped me upgrade my plan and my phone.

Bryan was hands down the best support we’ve had with Verizon! He detailed every option and plan that best fit my needs for both personal and business.

My experience working with your staff was above what I expected. Agnes, in particular, was amazing. She is beyond knowledgeable about the product and promotions; very professional and efficient; and the customer service she offers is awesome 👏 THANK YOU AGNES!

Brendan was top-notch and helped with all of our (many!) needs and requests. He is a fabulous, personable, knowledgable employee who deserves a raise! :-) But seriously, he was also really nice and funny and because of his help, we would definitely return to that store.

I had a great experience working with Bryan to help me get a new phone. He was great at explaining to me everything that was going on.

Chad was very personable and clear on directions when setting up the new phone. I will ask for his assistance when I visit the store in the future.

Worked with Brendan, new at this Verizon authorized dealer. Excellent service, very kind, informative and did all he could to make every customer in the store, feel welcome. He is going to kick butt, at this job.

My family just switched over to Verizon from a small carrier only in northern Wisconsin. They warned me the switch over may be a lengthy process, which I was really dreading. Kevin was my lord and savior and helped me for HOURS. He is a very patient and personable guy! My experience wouldn’t have been half as good if I hadn’t been working with Kevin. Anyone who knew him as return customers also adored him through the small interactions I saw. I’m now thrilled to have Kevin as my guy in our steamboat Verizon store! Give this man a raise! He is an extremely competent and intelligent angel who is amazing at his job!!!! (He was also on over a 12hr shift I believe!!) THANK YOU KEVIN!

Agnes helped us out with buying two new phones. She even interrupted her lunch break to help me with my phone when I came back after my old phone was backed up.

While on vacation in Steamboat, my phone did go into a “boot-loop” (constantly trying to restart). Kevin was extremely helpful and did a great job trying to reboot the phone, then convincing the Verizon call center person that this is a warranty case covered by my service plan. Without his help I might have had to pay for a new phone. Thank you Kevin, you are the great combination of very competent, friendly and willing to spend time to help.

Tim was recommended by several of my neighbors, and he exceeded all expectations. Frankly, he could give a master class in customer service and how to manage and satisfy a store full of waiting customers. Not only that but he saved us money, was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and we happily left with 2 new phones, instead of the planned on one. I could easily go on and on, but the fact is, he is just THE BEST!!!
