The Bloody Mary’s are amazing. Bartenders are phenomenal and fast. Seating is difficult during lunch but the food options are great. You can take the gondola up and down if you don’t ski. Beautiful views and strong drinks.

Where to start... Wide range of food to select from after a hard day of skiing. Dont ski? Still a great place to hang with Bar access and beautiful views! Pro photographers at the ready, plus 2 concert venues on site!! See ya next year

Spectacular views! Don't have to be skiing to enjoy this. Bar and restaurant up here. Large bathrooms. Great place to rest and take some shots while enjoying the view. Worth a gondola ticket.

You can find selfservise and as well a nice restairant to be seated.

This place is great. It’s a great place to warm up when your fingers and toes get cold in the mountain. They have a ton of food selections. The service is great.

The view is incredible and offers a variety of dining options. Whether midday ski break or just enjoying the gondola ride and people-watching, definitely worth visiting Thunderhead Lodge. Very convenient to have a food hall type place at the top - and when you finish - ski down to work off your lunch!

Beautiful location, friendly staff, easy to navigate.... can't complain

This place has the best Burger on the mountains. Friendly staff, and did an amazing job keep us safe during this difficult COVID time. Special thinks to the manager Jeff for helping us figure out how to order from the online menu. We need to edit our order to just meat and cheese. We couldn’t figure it out, and he was helpful. Great service so we ate lunch here everyday.

We came up to Thunderhead for the Western BBQ,. What a wonderful experience for families with younger children! The band caters to family and has a special time for kids. Do not miss this special Steamboat family experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food served. The variety was also very appealing and it wasn't really that overpriced. Of course it was very busy (champagne powder was blessing the mountain each day) but I had to wait much longer and for much worse food at other lodges before. Overall, very positive experience.

Good food, of course ski mountain restaurant prices. There is a very big dining room and long tables to eat at. Theres also seating outside on the deck with amazing views of the yampa valley. You get your food from the grill, soup station, or grab and go and pay for it at the register before you sit. Better to find a seat first though, it is usually very busy.

If you want to feel like 007 visit here and sit on the top deck at 10 k ft. Beautiful people with mind blowing views. Disney world feel! Posh spice loves this place! The dining room servers were super sweet and attentive to me.

Great views and great location at the top of the mountain! We loved the bar, their bloody Mary was to die for, and can substitute as a snack, complete with brown sugar glazed bacon, a hard boiled egg and pickled veggies. Great happy hour specials too. Head right out to some of the blue trails down to thuderhead lift for some of our favorite skiing at Steamboat!

Really good food at the evening meal. We went to the lodge via the gondola after the skiing day was finished. We took a "sleigh ride" in one of the huge sleighs pulled behind a snow cat. It was a terrific experience.

At the top of the gondola and the largest facility on the mountain. Nice variety and good amenities. Ski school eats here so it can get busy, but there is a chance to see the kids.

Really enjoyed the sunset view, the band State Birds was really good & the appetizers & drinks rounded out a very enjoyable evening. The.3, 4 & 12 yr. old children with us had a ball!

Great place to catch a warm drink and good views before you keep on truckin. The gondola ride back is really fun.

The food was amazing, as was the live music (I went for a special event). The view from the dining area is phenomenal.l!
