Must do for Steamboat gear and souvenirs. Great prices and large selection of sizes…. Make sure you see Bob, the owner, fantastic guy!!

Bob was very helpful. I bought a tee for my wife which I thought would be the right size but wasn't. When I got home to Phoenix the shirt didn't fit.
Called the store and Bob was very helpful in explaining how best to exchange the shirts. He made a difficult situation a very easy fix.
Thanks Bob, you are great.

I love this shop! Bob, the owner, is a long-time local. He loves Steamboat and you can tell. He treats everyone who walks through the door as he would his friends, family and neighbors!

Just left this store. The woman working the register was both, incompetent, as she didn't know how to exchange or refund a purchase, and rude. She huffed and puffed when my wife asked a question about local eateries and merchandise selection. This woman does not belong in customer service.
