Great place to stop if you're skiing and steamboat! My friend and I sat at the bar, the server was super attentive and very friendly. They also have live music for the lunch crowd. I ordered the burger and two espresso martinis. We also got some lemon drop shots and regular tequila shots. Definitely a fun place to go after a long day of ski and snow.

We came to the New Year’s Eve celebration at the steamboat ski resort and was wanting to eat somewhere afterwards, we chose timber & torch and made dinner reservations through Google/open table app around a month in advance. It worked out great! The whole area was covered with people and we were able to walk right in and get our table! The food was also really good & we had great service! We would definitely go back!

Great location in the resort and reasonably priced. I like their sharable items, especially the crispy wings, very flavorful. The lamb brat is also nice, with some sauerkraut on the side.

Went to see our friend play live music 🎶 which was awesome! Chili was great but sat in a table for about a 1/2 an hour before we got service. My husband had to go ask someone 🙄 to come to our table. The server was very nice, from Spain 🇪🇸. All in all very nice atmosphere.

We dined here several times and was not disappointed for lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The salmon plate was excellent and my wife enjoyed the tomato bisque soup. Highly recommend the French fries, but pass on the pretzel.

Nice place to come in and warm up. The appetizers are very good. I’ve been there a few times while in Steamboat. The outside deck and fires are nice to watch the world go by. The drink prices are a little high, but I guess that goes with its location.

Great menu with also a couple of great healthy options. The burger was delicious, meatloaf was excellent, mac & cheese was fantastic. Truffle fries were also a great choice to share for the table.

Convenient location. Good food. Friendly staff. I like the outdoor patio entertainment on weekends on warm days. Frequently crowded with some need to wait.

Everyone loved their food. Huge plate of nachos, delicious wings and fries. Ceasar salad with grilled chicken was delicious!

This is the somewhat recently revamped and updated restaurant at the base of Steamboat mountain, and they did a great job. I ate here 4 times while doing some spring skiing and each meal was very good. Twice I had the chicken wings and they were exceptional! Other family members agreed. We also enjoyed a full dinner one evening that was FANTASTIC. My brother and I had the fettuccine alfredo which was amazing. Great food and hard to beat location!

Cool place right on the mountain. Has live music every day. The food and service was great!

We came in on 12-30-23 and had Matt as our server. He was an excellent server and the food was amazing. Will be back!

Fantastic old fashion! The short rib grilled cheese was by far a favorite among our group. A little pricey but expected for Steamboat base restaurant. We had excellent service. The pretzel was a good shareable and they had a lot of warm cocktails that were perfect after a cold snowy day.

Really impressive food for a resort restaurant!! Everything we had here was super flavorful and honestly not too badly priced. This place was a welcome change to your typical restaurant food you get at resorts.

The restaurant location and atmosphere were perfect for base area food. The appetizers were tasty and arrived quickly. There was a good selection of alcoholic drinks to explore as well as a good wine list. Our waitress was a little too familiar for my taste but she knew the menu well and provided excellent service. Everyone enjoyed their entree but were too full to explore their deserts.

Delicious food and excellent service. Everything was creative and tasty. Noteworthy were lamb burger ("best ever") and fish tacos. Congrats and thanks to Chef Will for thoughtful menu and delicious cuisine. Thanks also to our server Phillipn for his professionalism and attentiveness..

Ate here three times during our stay here. Food was above average for bar food and the service all three times was great. The nachos with bison barbacoa were excellent. Crab sliders were unique and good too. Elk chili was excellent. Kids loved their food as well. Highly recommend when taking a break from skiing.

Staff was very nice, food was excellent, and the convenience of being able to eat right there at the base of the mountains was great for skiing. I don't think anyone of the 6 of us had a bad meal! Hot chocolate was amazing, spiked hot chocolate was even better!! Hope we come back!!
