Adrian, the store manager, is great. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and great at his job. I went into the store for adding a line for the apple smart watch on my account. He was able to complete everything fast as compared to my previous att visits which took an hour. I had specific questions about using the smart watch and he was able to guide and answer the questions very well. He also recommended steps that actually worked when I tried them with apple watch and iphone. It was a great experience and It took a lot less time and effort.

I had to take my phone into AT&T this morning because I had dropped my ph. In sink full of water. John was the guy that helped me and he was great ! He’s helped me before. John has an excellent personality. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable and always has an answer !!! I give this store, and John especially, a 10/rating !!!! Thanks, Barbara D

For the past 7-8yrs Ive exclusively bought phones at the Apple Store as I was turned off by the experience in AT&T and mobile phone stores in general. Given the deals now offered on trade-ins I decided to give AT&T another shot. My experience with Adrian was nothing short of amazing. He was helpful instead of pushy, really walked me through the options of upgrading my service, and even installed the protective screen on my daughters new phone. This experience be completely changed my outlook on getting a device AT&T vs the Apple Store. Thanks Adrian!!

Great customer service. I went there twice and I was helped by Marcus and the next time it was his brother and they were both courteous, professional and very helpful making it enjoyable to shop for new phone and services.

This store and the staff are amazing.

I have been in on a few separate occasions for assistance - most recently for an issue with a Apple Watch cell plan that I couldn't get resolved after multiple, multi-hour calls with support. John helped me out and was polite, professional and patient in working through the issue - and was able to fix what multiple online/phone teams weren't able to resolve.

I cannot stress how much of a difference John and the rest of the team at this location make in retaining my family's business for AT&T.

WOW.. Outstanding Service from Samuel! Received a new phone for Christmas, and I'm not the most savvy at setting it up so decided to stop by the store to ask for help. Couldn't have gone any better! Quickly acknowledged upon entering the store even though both associates were assisting other customers. Sam addressed my needs, traded in my old phone for a fair value, hooked me up with a new case, and made me happy I'd decided to ask for assistance. Great Staff all around! Strongly recommend visiting this location.

We had an AMAZING experience yesterday at AT&T. My son and I went in to buy his first phone. We we're greeted immediately by Richard. He helped us by giving us all of the options that may fit our needs. The rest of the team was very friendly as well. I'm always hesitant to go into the store due to past bad experiences at other AT&T stores but I was very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received at this AT&T store.

I want to say a special thank you to the Manager Jeremy who helped me start a brand new account, get the best deal. Mind you I walked in his store at 7:50p and didn’t leave until 10p . He was so patient with me and understanding. Needless to say I walked out with 2 phone and 2 tabs under $350. I am so happy thank you Jeremy!!!!

Went in to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy S8 for a new S22. Adrian helped us and was fantastic. He guided us through all of the changes and helped us find a plan that would actually save costs in addition to the upgrade.

The staff at this AT&T store provides excellent customer service and it was so very uplifting to have these young men fix an inssue I had been dealing with for over 3 months.
I had received negative help (x3 visits) from another AT&T store closer to my home, so the high reviews for the 4 Points store drew me to that store, finally. It was like night and day from the moment I walked into the the store at 4 Points. EXCELLENT customer service!
They listened to my situation with the 2 phones, and they then took care of the issue I had been trying to take care of for 3 months! They fixed my "problem" in ABOUT 2 minutes! And I did not need to buy a new phone. This store will have all of my AT&T business and references. Thank you.

Marty and team deliver the best service of any wireless store in Austin. This is a hidden gem of a store. It is clean and quiet without the crazy crowds of the big box stores. They had the three iPhone 12 Pro Max units in stock and did a great job of getting us setup. They were also very careful to abide by covid protocols. If a new mobile device is on your Christmas list then you'd be doing yourself a favor by scheduling an appointment at this AT&T store.
