Tim provided great service to our college student son at this store, as we worked with them from a distance. As parents, we're thankful that he didn't try to sell our son services/products he didn't need, but seemed to address his situation with courtesy and honesty.

I wish that People like Elliott were in every place, polite man who helped me with everything about my new phone setup, Thank you so much Elliott you dont understand how you helped me! 🙏🏼🤝🏼🥳

I’ve had several visits to the Russel Cellular Store on Omaha & can tell you that I’ve had the best service possible. First, I’ve taken two elderly folks in several times for help on navigation their phones & both Elliott & Tim were so patient & kind to both of them. They have also helped me on several occasions when I was just one click away from doing it right. They never made me feel stupid just helped me & I was on my way. Good job guys! Definitely get a five star rating from me!

Elliott was absolutely amazing. He helped me upgrade my phone recently and he always helps me with my Verizon needs. I’d recommend him to anybody. His customer service is always on point. Elliot is amazing! Service by him is professional, helpful, thorough, and SO efficient. I was beyond frustrated after using the Verizon online useless chat line. Elliot very quickly got my phone issues resolved. What a great guy!!

Elliott was so easy to work with and incredibly professional. His knowledge of the services and how everything worked was perfect. Even with the small hiccup that came about, (due to my own error and not his) he was able to find a solution immediately.

I had an awesome experience in this store. Mandi was so helpful! She was very knowledgeable about the phones and features. But most importantly, she was so great with my 2 year old! Toddlers are not easy to entertain but Mandi went above and beyond to keep a smile on my daughter's face and mine. I will only go to and recommend this store for future needs. Thank you!!

Tim was great at helping me select a phone and answering my questions on the phone. I am an old fogey and don’t want what everyone else wants- he understood that but warned me away from one phone because of limitations to functions that I do use. When I came to the store, the woman who set up my phone did great with the set up- even my text messages moved to the new iPhone from my ancient android, although I had been warned that they might not. Both were very patient and courteous despite the fact that I was crabby about costs of service and accessories (not their fault, blame goes to Verizon). Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend Russell Cellular.

Elliott was so courteous and professional.
The whole staff was exceptional in making this upgrade pain free. Tim helped with the setup while Elliott was helping setup another couple with upgrades. They were all team players and the customers came first. Great experience thats why I've love love this location. Thank you. Jo Mama.

I have had excellent service at this store and location..Elliott had helped me transfer from AT&T to Verizon.This young Man is 5 Star and much more ..He,Elliot is an Asset to this store and you need to definitely keep him…Thank You and please pay him well to keep him, more than well worth it….

The nice young man that helped us was Elliott. He was very knowledgeable about cell phones, Apps, and anything related with cell phone tech. He was also very patient and kind. He helped my wife and I figure out what went wrong with our phone. He was very polished and polite.

Mandi was awesome and so was Elliott. We had a complicated issue with switching phones and getting into a better plan and they handled it all. Mandi even offered to get a phone case for us that was at a different store, saving us the hassle of driving around. Good experience!

Mandi was very kind and very helpful! It was an all around great experience! She not only helped me get my new phone but she also talked with me about more then just the phone so my time spent there didn’t feel like long at all!

Mandi went above and beyond to help my husband and myself. She was super super busy and short handed and regardless of that she was professional, plesent and multitasked her way through helping us and two other customers all at the same time because she knew we all lived out of town. She was awesome!!!
