I went looking for a new office chair. They had a great selection of chairs all out and ready to be tried. I found the perfect chair. I asked a young man, who was tall and had brown curly hair, if he had the chair in a box. He instantly stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. I was instantly amazed on how personable and attentive he was while being so young. He grab the box for the chair, took it to the front for me, noticed there was a line and offered to check me out on a spare side register. He made sure that I signed up for the membership as the chair was rather expensive and I would earn a decent amount of rewards with the purchase. I even told him "no" at first and he very skillfully convinced me to sign up still. He then took the office chair out to my car and helped me load it into my small Civic. His customer service was top notch and beyond his years.

I went in looking for ink for two of my printers. The sales associate, James, went above and beyond to help me find the correct ones. He even suggested that I sign up for the Business Select program and showed me a printer that was a great price on sale! I had hurt my knee and James helped me get the new printer and a case of paper to my car. What a help that was! I wish all stores had sales associates that cared as much as James did! Great job!

Heidi and her colleagues were knowledgeable about the current deals and products, offered assistance and made suggestions for products that I wanted to see. Heidi was helpful and courteous. She really went above and beyond to create a memorable shopping experience.

Needed a copy of current automotive user manual with only scanty info & outdated flash drive to provide to Colin, the store representative in print dept. He located updated manual & arranged for immediate printing & pickup. Great job!

The employees have always been very helpful in answering questions. It is very sad to see that no one wants to work any more which leaves the business with a skeleton crew. This, however, hasn’t diminished the service.

I had an immediate need for their print services and the ladies helped me get a banner done within a couple of hours! They were amazing to work with and so very helpful!!!

L'Dorian helped my wife and I pick a printer compatible with my wife's computer. Abby, a trainee discussed possible warranties. Carla offered a special bundle package that included warranty, paper and cartridges!

I can find what I need easily and the store is always clean

I shop at this store quite often. There is always a sales associate willing to help me. I had a large computer mat that was too heavy for me to carry and one associate brought it up to the cash register for me and the other associate carried it out to my car for me! Wonderful place to shop!

Drew delivered top notch, professional and friendly customer service when another employee refused because it was almost quitting them. I truly appreciated Drew’s assistance and I highly recommend asking for him by name.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices overall are very good. Consistently went to them for printing and other office materials that I needed and always left with exactly what I came for. Highly recommend going to them if you need any office or computer related items.

I've always dreaded going into your store because the employees are generally lacking in knowledge and seem apathetic. Customer service has always left a whole lot to be desired.
However, yesterday Cody provided ineffably professional, helpful, and courteous assistance. He was an extremely proficient assistant.

Friendly helpful staff and the store has everything I need!

I recently visited Office Depot in RC to purchase a new printer. As I headed for the brand I normally buy, an employee, Jorge, asked if I needed help and I explained about the printer. He asked me to look at another brand and pointed out several factors that convinced me that I should buy the other brand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My new printer ink lasts much longer and is less expensive. A very good deal. Everyone in this store is attentive to the shoppers and very helpful. Store manager Chris is doing a great job in retaining wonderful employees.

Dylan was very helpful and expeditious when it came time to ring out. He answered my questions prior to printing some items off, and was in a great mood.

Carla (I hope I’m spelling that right) was fabulous, I like the fact that they don’t constantly ask if I need help. I like shopping alone until I need help, then I’m sure I can find someone.
