Ruby Tuesday

Elise was our server 3-14-2024 and she was so great. Great service. I have a tree nut allergy. On the website the chocolate cake is marked as allergy safe. I asked her if she had time could she check the ingredients for the chocolate cake. She went back and looked at the box. She took a picture and came back to me and showed me where it said processed in a plant with peanuts and nuts. That makes it unsafe for me to eat. I am so appreciative of her extra effort and saving me from having to use my epipen. Thats very dangerpus of RT to improperly list allergy free items.
The salad bar was good and clean. The deconstructed beef kabobs were very tasty. The great service and friendly server Elise made our lunch so enjoyable. I hope she gets a bonus from RT for going above and beyond. I did mention it to the man at the front desk.

I waited 30 minutes for my food but the bartender was friendly and accommodating. I could see they were understaffed and trying their best. The food was good and worth the wait.

Passing through and stopped here because I love their salad bar. It didn’t disappoint, awesome as usual! Fresh, lots of options, so good! My husband ordered the T bone with no seasoning (he had allergies) and it came out perfect. The baked potato was huge and fresh. Ordered a slice of their yummy cheesecake to go. Our server was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a great Ruby Tuesday experience!

They have a great salad bar and wonderful service. We have had the same waiter the last couple times we were there, and he was great! We always had full drinks and was very friendly.

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in literally decades. This one in Rapid city was exceptionally tasty and the service was great. Stop in and have an excellent meal while your in between attractions. You won't regret it!

Really yummy! Loved the food and dessert! I understand that this is also across the street from a hotel so it is also convenient! The staff was very nice and service was fast! Five emojis that describe it are… 😃🍪😋😊💖.

I had lunch with friends. Wait staff was amazing. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend adding the salad bar.

Amazing! I had salmon and my husband had tilapia with shrimps. It looked just like in the menu picture and taste absolutely amazing!! Just the best!!! Thank you so much for delicious food and service!!

Ruby Tuesdays was a very pleasant dining experience. They have a menu with a vast variety of entries. The service wS excellent, very prompt and courteous The value of the food for the dollar was e cellent
The staff was very attentive and the atmosphere was was pleasant and Appealing.

Sitting on a small hill side overlooking a section of Rapid City, it's a good location. We love the make your own salad. Caught a 8 crispy shrimp for 2$ with any meal deal.

Great food, great prices, great people! Really like the salad bar and its a nice looking place.

My family and I were visiting Rapid City on our vacation and were looking for something quick and affordable to eat. We decided to stop at Ruby’s and we’re glad we did. The salad bar was delicious and the service from our waiter was amazing!! We will definitely be visiting Ruby’s again next time we pass through town.

Not the steak that was ordered AND not cooked to the correct doneness.
The hamburger meat was mushy, pink almost rare and bland. Even with ketchup and the bbq sauce on the burger.
The salat bar was as usual and as remembered... Outstanding.
Yup, probably will dine at Ruby's again... just a different location in another State while traveling.

The food was good and the service was average. Clean restaurant.

Family of 5, we got a variety of food and it was all delicious. Service was great. Would go again!

Our server was very kind and checked on us often, food was very good! Had no issues! Well, aside from feeling like I'm going to explode, I just couldn't stop eating.

The food is always excellent and the salad bar is something we enjoy with every meal.

Very good food & service. It was really busy but the Staff was amazing & did great! The Bourbon glazed Salmon was so good! And the Guys raved about the Ribs & Shrimp. We also had the Appetizer Spinach Artichoke Dip ! YUM ! UPDATE This time on 10/13/23 We did order our Fav Spinach Artichoke Dip & to my consternation IT did not come as an Appetizer but with our Meal. I told the Server a young lady who was not our Original Server that we had wanted it BEFORE our Meal & to take it away...she said if she did it wud jus get thrown out & if we kept it she'd take it off our Bill...so we kept it!
Later our Original Server charged us for it. When we told him what had happened he said he'd have to speak to the Manager. We waited & he came back to say "My Manager says we cant do that...i can give u 10% off yur bill instead, not a free appetizer".
I was very disappointed & felt bad for the young lady Server who was only tring to help. A word to the wise at the Rapid city Location make sure you mention a forgotten appetizer to the MANAGER. I wud have sent it back had i known how it wud go down & have them waste it! Not good Management.
Tonight the Manager gets a rating of 1 & a Boo!

Ruby Tuesday offers consistently good food. I like both the Rapid City and the Mitchell locations.
My favorite is the garden bar - excellent salad options, and the croutons are melt-in-your-mouth divine.
I most often order the grilled salmon with grilled zucchini and sweet potato fries. They are attentive to my food sensitivities, and cook to order when I ask for no seasonings added. Just delicious!
