This is honestly the best Starbucks I've ever been to in terms of service & drink quality. I always order pickup & I've never had to wait for an order upon arrival. My coffee is always spot on & the staff are consistently friendly. Can't ask for much else!

Everyone was very friendly and made our drinks quickly. The store was clean and had a nice selection on cups and bagged coffees.

Great drinks! My only concerns are the parking, if the drive thru is busy and you parked here to go inside, I'm going to assume you're not leaving for awhile. The parking lot is not functional at all. I seen a smaller car struggling to get out of the parking lot.

They are fast with your drinks and they are awesome

Used drive-through. Line was long but moved quickly. Got some egg bites. They were delicious.

A pretty typical Starbucks with great baristas and all you expect from a Starbucks. I wish they had a larger parking lot, when it's busy it can be difficult to maneuver through.

This is an excellent Starbucks. They get my order right every time and have very caring and wonderful people at the drive thru window.

I went in with family. I'm not a coffee drinker, so this was a challenge for me. Stephanie was super helpful with helping me choose something to my liking! The pink drink is delicious! Everyone in there seems to love their job, which is unusual in my experience. I'll definitely have to start going to Starbucks more often!

The baristas that served me in the morning in the drive-thru were so sweet! Smiling and everything even at 7:15 in the morning haha

Everybody is so friendly here! it's almost like having a bunch of friends. We go here very often, so a lot of the workers know what we like and stuff. But, it's so awesome how they keep track of customers and they also have great personalities.

Nice, comfortable seating options. Most Starbucks I've been to in Cali have such heavy business that nice furniture would be ruined quickly. I also appreciate the booster seat and changing table. The best is watching the baristas learn.

In need of coffee and internet on a long road trip, we were happy to see this Starbucks open for sit down. The staff laughed at the drivers corny jokes, and watched as we struggled to coordinate phones and laptops to save photos. The manager came over and offered us sandwiches that would otherwise have been discarded at days end. That sure brightened our outlook and fed the electronics frustration right out of us! That's the kind of customer service we really appreciate!

I’ll be honest , Starbucks is not my top choice for coffee, however when we do go, it’s always hot and it’s delivered with a genuine smile and light conversation, especially in the drive through . Mount Rushmore road Starbucks has the best customer service of any Starbucks I have ever been too. It is superior to any other location in Rapid city. Thank you for the effort.

Always great coffee! Short a few breakfast items due to the large attendance of the Sturgis Motor cycle event, I always thought motor cyclist just enjoyed oil, Guest great coffee at Starbucks has given way to the preferred drink!

The Batista Quinn was very kind to me tonight. He went out of his way to have an encouraging conversation to me during a break a took on a very busy nursing evening shift. A small thing made a big impact. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks, the employees are amazing.
