When they had their weekend clearance sale, i got $1,000 worth of clothes (1/2 brand new) and shoes for 5 people all for $177. Excellent Customer Service also.

When I came into the store I was greeted by Rachel and she kindly asked if she could help me find anything. She then proceeded to help me find the most fire outfit I’ve ever purchased. She definitely deserves a raise and a overall amazing employee!

The environment here is super supportive and fun. If you're looking for good condition clothing at a low price this is the place to find it.

Had a great experience shopping here with my daughter. I was grateful we didn’t have to wear masks and we could actually try clothes on. Thank you for allowing us to be comfortable and shop with ease and no judgment for not having in a mask. Prices were great too! We will def be back

Absolutely love this store! They took their time going through my items and were incredibly friendly, they were very busy but sought out to make sure everyone was being helped! Even though they passed on some of my clothes they recommended other places that could! Also thank you for having great deals all the time!!! ❤

Really impressed with this particular Plato's. I love how the clothes are color coordinated and organized by seasons. It's one of the neatest I've been too. Was impressed by how clean the fitting room was. I usually take my shoes and socks off when I try on pants and when I went to put my socks back on my feet they were as clean as they were when I removed it. Thumbs up to the owner and the staff.

I always like to give credit where credit is due, and Plato's Closet, Rapid City surely deserves it! I love that I can literally find every brand known to man here, and it's super affordable. I've always had friendly employees help me whenever I shop! In fact, one of them, I believe her name was Alejandra, helped me find the perfect outfit to wear the other day! It's so nice to shop in a store that is clean, organized, and fairly priced. I am soooo happy that Rapid City has a Plato's Closet! I am definitely a customer for life!

Super friendly staff! They took the time to explain why they did not accept some of the clothing I brought in (which surprised me)! I really appreciated it! Their prices were very fair, and I love that they had a guys' selection. Will definitely be back!

I checked it out for the first time yesterday and I absolutely love this store!! Everything I looked at was in great condition and I loved the huge variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back soon!

Not always the best service, but it is a used clothing store and you don't expect the people at goodwill to say hi to you( plus they often look engaged in whatever task at hand the employees aren't just chatting with each other). I have run into a couple snotty teens but I blame their parents not this store. Disappoints me how rude some of the people are in these reviews! I sell lots of stuff here and when they don't take it they give sufficent reason behind it. 5stars because I see how hard the owner (Callie is it?) tries to follow up with each of her customers:)

Hands down the best place in town for good quality clothing with excellent customer service! Platos has great employees who are friendly, polite, and helpful. I am a regular shopper who is always happy after my shopping experience at Platos. Why spend a lot when you can get the same quality clothing at a fraction of the cost. Keep up the good work Platos!

Plato's Closet in Rapid City is the best! I love shopping here! You can always find great styles of clothes at low prices and the store is very clean. The staff has always been great and very helpful.

This is MY FAVORITE STORE! My two teenagers love it too...the employees and the store owner have always been so pleasant and so accommodating! I am so glad I don't have to drive all the way to Sioux Falls to shop and find treasures!!!

Plato’s never ceases to amaze with the whopping deals and fabulous quality on used clothing. They truly win the title of best and most reputable second hand store.

Wow, I cannot believe this place has such a low rating on here... I went to PC a year and a half ago, and this place is awesome. I'm going back again soon. They have a good selection of clothes (even for a guy) and friendly employees (certainly). Don't believe the haters, just go check it out yourself. Or don't go. I don't care.
