Great staff awesome selection. This store is freaking amazing in everyway. Perfect for model car enthusiasts as it has a massive variety of paints and tools to help you customize any model you chose weather it's a car or a Star wars winged fighter. They also have a great section for pencils color pencils paints and markers. Weather it's alcoholmarker, paint marker, brush tip marker felt time marker fine liner I mean they have everything here I'm amazed they even have dragonfly color shifting paint. :) Iwill be a customer for life thanks for being awesome and the best art store in the black hills

Let’s just say I was in a big hurry tonight. I called the store and got the customer service rep Hope on the phone. She was very nice and connected me to a rep that could help right away. When I got there it was ready. She did everything with a smile. She truly made my night! I love good customer service. I am a business owner locally.

Found what we were looking for, awesome especially since the rest of the stores in the community didn't have it

I was interested in buying a present for someone who is very artistic and decided to go to Michaels to see what they had. I was surprised at how big the store was inside add it doesn't look that big from the outside. I was really surprised by the quantity of merchandise they had in stock and was pleasantly surprised to find what I was looking for to be a really good price as it was on sale. The recipient of the gift was overjoyed with what I picked out and can't wait to use it.

They didn't have the bigger sizes of white foam core we were looking for but I can always find something I "need" there. Got some colorful sharpies and a cute little container for my homemade potpourri 😁

Lots of arts and craft stuff. You can find anything there. Good sales.

I love Michael's. There are always new ideas and project suggestions in the store. It is well kept and cleanly. And they stock the best products. Every bead you will ever need is here, there is a wide selection of paint, and their stickers are all adorable. The biggest problem I have when I walk into Michaels is to walk out with even more craft projects than I went in with. 10/10.

Great selection if you like crafts or arts! Prices are reasonable and they often have sales and coupons. I go to Michael's to get supplies for making jewelry and my artwork. The one negative thing I see consistently is a lack of cashiers. Today I was in line behind 3 people and there were 3 more people behind me and there was only 1 cashier and she was very slow both in checking out customers and in asking for more cashiers.

The staff is always very friendly and the store selection is restocked often. While looking for wedding decorations, there were a few things I needed more of, one of the workers went above and beyond to tell me when the truck would come in with more so that I knew when to come back. I love making wreaths and other decor from their artificial flowers.

The cashier's are extremely helpful! And very polite.

I went in to Michael's looking for latch hook rug supplies, not really knowing what I was doing. I asked for help from one of the sales people and she showed me all my options for yarn (which is very confusing if you never buy yarn). Overall great shopping experience!

I love Michael's. They offer so many sales. Discounts on everything throughout the year. I bought the cricut easy press around Christmas half off. They have a large supply of all of my personal craft needs. It's a great store.

Amazing atmosphere, great customer service, I love going in and if I need help finding something the employees go above and beyond to help me find whatever I'm looking for, I love this store because of how at home it feels when you first walk in and how your welcome right away
