The only way to know how great a real estate agent can be is to have an experience with a bad agent. The first agent I chose was determined to sell me each house she showed me. No matter what my objections were to a house, my first agent wanted me to write a contract because the market was hot. Amy was the exact opposite. She demonstrated that she cared more about spending her time to find me the right house than earning a commission. I liked her long-term philosophy of working with my high expectations, so that she could represent me in any future real estate transactions. After I purchased a house, Amy was there to help. Throughout her years of experience, she has put together a list of honorable contractors. I was able to communicate with Amy and her list of references to make the personal changes I wanted in my new house. I will be working with Amy again.
