Fantastic service from the night workers. Stopped in to grab dinner and the staff was awesome i had trouble finding a product when j asked the lady at customer service she didn't just point to the area she took me to the product!!! I belive her same was Sero. When I was checking out I did not receive my Just four you discount and the manager on duty was super helpful and honored it without making it a big Hassle unfortunately I did catch his name. I wish I received this lever of service during the day.

Loved this store. Prices were pretty good, lots of selections. Employees were very nice. Definitely going back.

Minor issue with the cashier named Inez. Pretty sure The cashier Inez was being a little racist but the Beautiful manager wearing a fabulous pink business suit resolved the issue.

There are two Safeway stores in town and this one on Mountain view rd shouldn't be mixes up with the other one. Since this store is the best and here you can feel and see how much a good management can make a difference! Sometimes we did have issues with produce department not being checked for rotten items but usually we find a great variety if products in this store. The staff is so friendly and helpful, cashiers always greets customers, and ask if you need help to carry your bags to your car. This store is always well-maintained, clean and organized. I have never seen any expired product on the aisles, whereas other one has a lot of issues with that. Thank you for your service and professionalism!

This was a really nice Safeway with plentiful assortment and product. I only got a couple of things here and used the restrooms. Employees were very helpful. Nice food bar and wings station.

I love the cleanliness, well organized and fully stocked aisles. Very quick to check out and easy to find what you're looking for. They have a great selection of deli items for a quick lunch, too!

Shout out to the floral department! Always amazing. Pays attention to detail and the people who put together the arrangements definitely are artistic. I always come here for my flowers. Whether it's for myself or a gift for any occasion. Thank you for caring about what you do.

Busy at times and pricier than Wal-Mart, but always worth it. I find better quality food here than anywhere else.

Good friendly and helpful staff. Always clean. Gluten Free selection is decent I wish they had more and had more in stock ( I don't think they order enough stock). I do absolutely love his they label their shelving Gluten Free!! It makes shopping so much easier!!! Also having it available for their online app is great too.

I just stopped here to use the bathroom and get a drink. I saw they had sushi so got some. They have really good low cost sushi.

After I left the store, I discovered my pop my son had grabbed for me had already been opened and someone had drank some of it. I went back into the store and explained to the first worker I saw. She was very kind and understanding. She told me to go get a new one. No fault of the store that some customer opened a pop and drank some and put it back, but who does that?

Nice facility, friendly staff, Melissa is awesome love chatting with her when I am checking out!! She always has a great attitude and always very kind and helpful when I'm trying to locate something.

Super busy store, but they keep it stocked well. I love their meat section at this store. They help you on the spot and are so friendly.

Safeway is such a relief to have when you're often stuck with Walmart as an option in the Midwest. The produce is excellent, the fish sector is wonderful, the meat and poultry variety is incredible. Thank goodness for Safeway. It's been a lifesaver!

I now only do curbside pickup since the pandemic. Still good service and have never received bad or undesirable produce or meat. Their phone app is not great but offers a text option when doing curbside pickup.

We lived in Rapid City for 23 years. This is THE BEST grocery store.
I especially miss it now since we moved away 8 years ago.
Very nice people work there too.

Tonight their always helpful staff let us know that Ben&Jerry's was on sale for $3 per pint.

I had a lovely cashier named shantina. She was smiling and happy and it made my entire day. She was so friendly I loved it, put a smile on my face. Very welcoming as well. Great person.
