Ferguson Fitness

The Ferguson team does a phenomenal job of making fitness accessible for all ages, abilities, and goals. While I don’t have a ton of time to visit the gym, Johanna and Anthony are always incredibly welcoming and supportive of my goals as well as encouraging to help support me in any way. I’ve seen how great they are with both kids and adults, and this family-oriented gym is a great place to seek out if you are looking for a gym home that is much more than just a gym!

I have been going to Ferguson Fitness for 2 years now and have absolutely loved it! Anthony and Johanna are wonderful people and make working out fun, but also challenging. I never dread going to the gym as the atmosphere here is very welcoming and fun. I will be going to Ferguson Fitness for many years to come!

I loved Ferguson Fitness as soon as I started working out here. Anthony is always super accommodating to my schedule and makes sure I work every muscle group. He always keeps a positive attitude and I really enjoy working out at such a welcoming place.

I love my Spartan workouts at Ferguson Fitness. Most weeks I go, because I feel like I'm getting together with family. We sweat, laugh, and I'm totally feeling stronger and more confident since starting at Ferguson almost a year ago.

This isn't just a fitness studio, it's a family. Every workout is its own experience and the teamwork is just as incredible as the results. They have group classes but also multiple personal trainers on site, and pricing is competitive and very reasonable. Your first class or PT consult is free. I highly recommend Ferguson Fitness!

Working out at Ferguson Fitness is one part therapy, one part fitness. Frowns are not permitted and energy is always flowing. Consistent vibe and familial atmosphere!

This a great family-owned studio-style gym. They specialize in group workouts and also do personal training. I've done everything from Yoga to P90X here and I've loved it all. Highly recommend!
