Cherri was our waitress this morning and she was incredible. Since Covid I have yet to go in somewhere and be well attended to. She is attentive, the meals came out correctly and in a timely manner, and our coffee stayed hot and fresh. Wonderful experience!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at our Troutville Cracker Barrel. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. A huge shout out to our server Dominick who went above and beyond I taking care of us!

Felt very welcome, had a choice of window seat or by the fire. Love that I can order from the children's menu (not a big eater). Friendly waitstaff. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. We are RV travelers and are very appreciative to be allowed to park at your restaurant.

This was the first time my husband and I had been to this particular Cracker Barrel. We only had a short wait before being seated which gave us a chance to look through the gift store. It was very nice and the last working the floor was really nice and friendly. Our waitress was very pleasant and very attentive. We had a great meal. We loved everything we ordered. One thing; however, the lettuce in the salad could have been chopped up just a little better, the pieces were some what too big trying to put in my mouth. We had a good lunch. Thank you!!

We met an Angel at Cracker Barrel today. Our waitress Diane was truly a one of a kind! The breakfast is always great! This is my favorite breakfast spot. I am a creature of habit and always order Mommas Pancake Breakfast. You can never go wrong with any meal at any Cracker Barrell. However, this is the only one that has an 😇 for a waitress!

We went on Veterans Day for dinner. The floor was nasty, an the waitresses were just walking through the food all over the floor. I've never seen it so nasty. The waitress took our order an never came back. Someone else brought our food. No rolls until we got ready to leave. Our ice water was even hot.

This was my first time ordering take out.
I tried to use the app but for some reason my order wouldn't go through. So I ordered when I got to the store.
Staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed shopping with my daughter while we waited for our food.

We got seated quickly. The waitress was very attentive and took our order quickly. The food on the other hand took over an hour to arrive at the table. Apparently due to a large number take out orders which seemed to be a priority over in house orders. Not happy and there are other restaurants to consider in the future.

Quality of food is declining at the Cracker Barrel. Service is slower and the server added an extra $3.00 to the order because she messed up our order and I just paid the bill and lowered the tip from 20% to 15%. All restaurants are struggling with costs and employee issues.

Terrific service today! Was brought in to my table by a nice elderly gentleman, then Adrian (younger gentleman) did a great job putting in my order and making sure everything was taking care of, though they were busy I was able to get my food quickly. Overall a great experience.

Our family loves Cracker Barrel. Typically we go for breakfast but tonight we went for dinner. It was still amazing. The food is good and the waiter was awesome as well. We of course love to check out the retail area for country collectibles as well.

The Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to stop and eat while I am traveling down the interstate highway. For a place that serves its food hot and fresh, it's also quick. The food tastes great and the prices are cheap. I just had the Wednesday lunch special and I was well under ten dollars. Of course it's hard to leave without buying some old fashion candy too.

Ordered thru ezcater 2 weeks ago and order was never submitted to Cracker Barrel. Store Manager Paul took my large order for 40 people THAT morning at 7am and even delivered for our party on time, warm/ready to serve. Amazing customer service! Will definitely keep in mind for future catering events.

Everyone was very friendly and nice. The food was excellent as usual. I ordered 2 dinners to go, which were ready in a reasonable time. The only problem was waiting for a waitress to take my order. The gentleman at the guest desk finally took my order after waiting about 15 minutes for someone else to come. The cashier who checked me out was so kind, a real asset to your company. The store had some really great finds at 50% off. Thank you.

Our server was great! Dominic went out of his way to be helpful. Our kids talked about how nice he was when we were leaving. Good food and good service! Friendly staff, especially Dominic!

Cracker Barrel does not disappoint! The staff is incredibly kind and the food is always comforting.

Plus, who doesn't live a little shopping and a meal in the same store?!

I've never been to a place where the food was amazing yet cheap. They give generous portions with top quality ingredients. My sirloin was cooked to perfection and the pot roast was delicious. I've never been here and I'm glad to say that I'll be returning. Customer service was great too! I'm amazed!

The restaurant was not busy and my friend and I had breakfast. It was cooked perfect and we loved it! Waitress was great and very attentive!
