Walgreen pharmacy is one of the best in town - We rely on them all day every day to fill prescriptions and provide advice for our patients from AFC - So grateful for their service!

This review is long overdue because...well...I'm just forgetful! I can't say enough about the manager of the store stepping into the roll of photo desk employee to help me retake my passport photo because her employee was a no-show. Folks are all too eager to write negative reviews simply don't give a thought to how difficult it is to work in retail and how demanding customers can be. So my hat's off to all of you guys. Thank you!

The male pharmacist was very kind and helpful in giving me the COVID-19 vaccine. The staff was very nice and professional, providing all the information I needed.

The pharmacy people are always polite and helpful they can pretty much answer answer all your questions and are very polite and professional i really enjoy going there for my meds are little item's

I haven't been to a store with a pharmacy in it that had as nicest employees as I have at the Walgreens on Franklin Rd.Good job guys.

The GOATED Walgreens

The app advertisement for photo prints included curbside pick up at the Pharmacy window. The clerk made me feel awkward over this. She insisted that only Pharmacy purchases were made at the window. She asked her manager to explain to me why they could not accept my online receipt and instead insisted on a 4 digit number that I never did receive when making the purchase online. I could tell the clerk was annoyed and it made me not want to ever return again. I was asked to double pay and told my online card purchase would be cancelled. I left having to make two purchases and have faith that one would be cancelled. They did cancel the card purchase but it will take days to go back on my card. For this reason, I will be getting prints elsewhere. I have a disability and it is much more convenient knowing I have the option to pick up prints through the window. I will need many more prints done. The only reason I gave 3 stars was the prints themself weren’t too bad and someone may have a better experience inside the store with a different clerk.

Donna talks so much and takes so long to get thru her line, she is trying to be helpful but it makes me want to ditch my things and leave, takes away all the convince.
