Kim Helms, the Sales Rep who assisted me in my search for a living room sectional set, two accent reclining chairs, and a bistro table, was very courteous and extremely helpful. She even persuaded the store manager to break up a sales set because I wanted only the bistro table (I didn’t need the chairs).

The young lady that helped me in the store was very knowledgeable and took her time to make sure i had all taken care of. We decided after the first purchase to buy two more items and she was about to take care of the sell very fast so we could get the items from warehouse before the rain, thank you Angela. Delivery went well setup was easy all trash was removed. The delivery guys were well mannered while in our home.

I went to Virginia Furniture Market in Rocky Mount, VA today. 0 It is a beautiful store, and has any kind of furniture you are trying to find. I was looking for a couple of recliners for our home. We were greeted by Bill Davis as we came in the store. We went to the recliner section and it was full of beautiful recliners, in all colors, sizes and electrical or manual. Bill was an excellent sales rep. He asked questions of likes & dislikes, colors, size, etc. I was very pleased with the selection and chose two I thought would do nicely. Bill did not rush me at any point, was very personable and did not try to push one over another. He explained what he had and I chose. Bill did the paperwork & I paid the invoice. Bill Davis helped us the first 2 times we came as we were deciding what we wanted. He answered all our questions and pointed out things we needed to know but didn't realize they were important in our decision. Great experience at Virginia Furniture Market today. Dennis Maddy was extremely professional. He checked in on me a couple of times but was never pushy. He gave me time to look and make my decision, very patient He was also very informative about the Furniture I bought. Would definitely recommend this store and Dennis Maddy to family and friends.

The sales lady Jannie that helped us was amazing. My husband and I drove 2 hours to the the VA Furniture Market and we have been looking every where for a catnapper recliner and everyone was out of stock. Jannie had checked to see what they had I n stock and they did not have one in stocks. So she contacted her Manager who also was amazing and let us have the floor model. We had a good experience while shopping for a sectional sofa. Upon entering we were greeted politely by Jim but he was not hovering over us. He pointed us in the right direction and came around to check on us. VA Furniture Market showed up when we searched Google for stores that carry England Furniture Company sectionals.

We fell in love with one at a beach house we rented over Christmas. With Jim’s help we were able to customize and create the exact same sectional with the same fabric. The best part is that we will have it delivered in only a month!

The salesman, Dominic, did a great job! He introduced himself properly and did not hover over us while we were making a decisions or tried to push any sales on us. You need more salesman like him. Great store and great people.

Glad we made the drive. We were able to find a sectional at a great price and it is MADE IN THE USA. The selection offered is great from brand new to off the floor clearance. There is something for everyone. Tabitha Love, a store manager, was helpful and was able to get us exactly what we wanted from their warehouse. Can’t wait to be enjoying this sofa for years to come. This was my first time experiencing a sale at Virginia Furnitue market. My daughter and I walked in and were greeted right away by a wonderful and friendly sales associate, her name is Kim. She offered her assistance but we appreciated how she gave us time to explore on our own. Once my daughter and I found the sofa we loved, she was available right away to offer us different fabrics and what other styles of furniture were available to us to choose from for each of the fabrics. It was like she opened a new world for us to customize our entire living room, which didn’t know off the bat this was an option for us. She offered her card, and we went back a couple days later with my husband and the process was seamless from fabric matching and accessorizing with other accent pieces was a pleasure. She was patient with us which is a big plus when we were indecisive. I can’t express enough how much Kim relieved a lot of our stresses. We got the protection plan because it is totally worth it, it’s a prepaid gift card if accidentals never occur. Also, the initial $199 delivery payment is applied for the next 12 months on any other future purchases. Wow! Thank you. Especially you, Kim.

My wife and her friend went shopping the 2/10/24, her friend bought furniture. The next day, Super Bowl Sunday, my wife and I went back and spent 5 hrs out there trying to figure out which furniture we were going with. Jim, our salesperson was/is so very patient, curious, helpful with things we hadn’t thought of, and we DID NOT feel pressured AT ALL. Every staff member we came in contact with was the same. Ready to order and pay but nobody returned call yesterday or today. Don't you want a sale? Update! I feel much better. The sales staff was new and the Manager was off the day I reached out. Upon return she promptly called, my dining set was ordered and paid for, and now I have a beautiful dining set to look forward to. I'm so happy that I may order even more pieces. I just moved to Virginia last week. I went to Virginia furniture market and met Chris, a sales associate. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He was not pushy or aggressive in any way. I've never been disappointed shopping at Virginia Furniture Market!! The furniture is excellent quality but where they shine is the sales staff. Tabitha Love at VFM Decorators Outlet and Donna Blake at the main store are wonderful!! Very knowledgeable about the product, friendly and helpful.
