Denny's

My meal was wonderful! The eggs were delicious and my pancakes were some of the best I've had in years. Almost reminded me of funnel cake but not as sweet! Hats off to the chef!
Staff were friendly and accommodating as they are every time I come. Restroom was clean. Would definitely recommend this Denny's location.

I tried the new Bourbon Burger and very much enjoyed it. The sauce was so good I had them bring me some extra.
Hillary had the Red, White and Blue pancake breakfast with bacon and Sunny side up eggs. She ate every bite!!!
Eric tried the Slam Burger with egg, bacon and hash browns on it. The fries were his favorite part.
We all had milkshakes with our meals. They were delicious as always!

Jennifer was exceptional and patient. Is several delicious things here for brunch. She waits for me to decide what I wanted to order… She not only provided good service, but also she was very attentive and understanding with the elders was in the other table. I strongly recommend this place. Ask for Jennifer. She will make a difference in your day!

This Denny’s has been me and my husband’s go to for early, quiet breakfasts before we hit the weekend with errands, shopping, etc. we always like to see Rodney in the kitchen because we know our meal will be prepared perfectly and in a timely manner. We like to sit at the bar and he always checks in with us to make sure the food is good. Of course it always is but the fact that he even cares to ask means a lot. We always know we are going to be taken care of if Rodney is in the kitchen and Ms. Peggy is there with her sweet smile and above par customer service.

Had a really good waiter named Royal C who is new in the area from Arizona. He was a great help with explaining the menu items and he is polite, friendly and professional. The food is delicious. I like eating where you have the choice to order breakfast, lunch or dinner later in the day.

They were super busy.. however they did great keeping up with it all. There was only 1 cook and 2 waitresses and the place was packed with nowhere to seat anyone else. People were waiting in the lobby for tables to open up. It was Halloween 👻 night. We had the young girl as our waitress. She did great.
I happened to forget to grab my wallet on the way out and was in the process of moving so I'd been all over town in 2 different towns all day taking care of business and had to call everywhere asking if my wallet was turned in anywhere with no luck. I even called here and was told no.
3 or 4 days later.. a girlfriend of mine called me and said she received a call from Denny's that they had my wallet. The cook and a waitress decided to look and see if there was anything in the wallet to find a way to get in touch with me. I had my planner and it had my contacts written in it. I didn't get the waitresses name that found it but I did tip her and the cook for getting it back to me. I thought it was gone forever. It had all my sentimental jewelry in the pouch. Everything was still there!! Even the 1 $20 bill I had left in there.. so I gave them the 20 to split.. I know I should have given a lot more but I'm a bit broke. Expecialy with the move.. that 20 was all I had.

The staff were friendly and the wait for the food was short. Rodney the cook was especially pleasant and kind. Definitely made mine and my coworkers day. He's a keeper!

The service was amazing Rodney the cook checked on our table and several others Latisha our server was also amazing they were so kind and attentive and the food was absolutely amazing. 10/10 food and service

Sabrina was an absolutely wonderful waitress and everything came out perfectly. She was super accommodating and an absolute treat to be with. She was an amazing waitress and I’d definitely come back!

Great place to eat. Stays open late. The food was delicious and the waitresses were friendly. Prices are resonable.

The late night shift are some really great people who will take good care of you and sometimes make you laugh. It is a really friendly environment as long as you arent a douchebag.

Rodney made our kids special pancakes that made our visit this time even better! Food and services was great!

Was the first customer for the day all of the staff were in a good mood and made a good atmosphere, Rodney was our cook and the meals he prepared were great. Would definitely eat again!

Sabrina was out waitress at Orange Ave Denny's and she did an awesome job. We hadn't had such great service in a long time there. She was very tentative, didn't go without drink, and was very quick to bring condiments. We appreciate all you do. Thank you!

Always busy and my food is always good. The staff are extremely nice and attentive even when low staffed with a full restaurant.

Rodney cooks the best burger in town!! Crystal, Leah and Sabrina are the most AMAZING servers in Roanoke Virginia!

It was very busy after the Dawgs hockey game but the waitress was great even though she was definitely dealing with a lot of tables at once.
