CVS

Got my flu and covid shots here. The gentleman was lovely, I honestly did not feel either shot - it was like he gently tapped my shoulder. Was in a private room, very clean and sanitary. Whole thing was done within ten minutes.

There is only ONE reason that this review has a 5 star rating. That is because of Johnny. I was there last night and there was an issue with one of the self check and I also had a lot of items and self check wasn't really an option. Johnny was the only cashier and there was a VERY long line. He called twice for help. No one responded. A manager walked by, saw the line of customers and a struggling employee and unlocked a room to the right of the checkout area and went in with no offer to assist. I was quite far back in line and saw Johnny smile at every customer, and apologize for their wait. His attitude remained positive and he quick with his work yet patient with the customers. There was a language barrier with one customer and Johnny worked diligently to make sure he understood what was needed so he could complete the request correctly the first time. I know that CVS in our entire area has struggled lately. I went to this particular location hoping it would be better than the one near my home. The only thing better was the quality of this one associate. I don't expect that he will be there much longer if he isn't given more support. In fact, I told him where to find me if he decided he needed a job change. I truly appreciated the service he provided. It's a pity that CVS doesn't seem to feel the same. Thank you, Johnny for the manner in which you did your job and didn't let the frustrations of the job change who you are as a person. Well done!

I came here to fill my prescriptions. They was so kind and caring. They help me get my meds filled when the one on Peters Creek Rd just dismissed me and refused to help. They called my Dr and confirmed what was needed. Thanks again for being so helpful and kind. Highly recommend! A++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE

There is this one Specific Lady I think her name is “ Dee “she is a wonderful help she is very knowledgeable about all the products in the pharmacy and always willing to assist I feel very comfortable shopping here I don’t feel like my color separates me from the rest I feel like a normal customers I don’t know her but someone please tell her keep up the good work management needs to give that girl a raise lol PS she always greets you with a smile ……..

I was having an off night and while checking out and needed to check my bank account. I had no internet or wifi so I was kinda nervous because it wasn't loading. An employee let me use his hot spot and was really patient with me. Before this I was really nervous while shopping( just anxiety, I was kinda new to the store and didnt know where anything was) but he came up and had a very friendly, casual conversation and that helped me to relax a bit. Overall just a helpful guy and I'm really grateful. Thanks John for the help!

I want to THANK Joshua and Sharmain( hope I spelt it right)! I had a horrible experience at the pharmacy and the store manager Joshua was amazing! He actually listened and got feedback after I spoke to the pharmacy supervisor which was just as rude as the Pharm tech. Both Joshua and Sharmain showed amazing customer service through the whole incident. Also Thank You Joshua for the show of appreciation! Even though the Pharm is horrible the actual store is very pleasant!

Johnny Perez was very helpful & polite when assisting me on some items I was looking for. And all the shelves looked very well kept. He’s a great asset to your company.

CVS PHARMACY

Good place! Even though they messed up something of mine, it was alright. They fixed it with no problem and gave us a $25 gift card which I did not expect or ask for. They were working hard to get people their prescriptions quickly at 10pm!

Cory was fabulous to work with. I live in SC and was assisting a relative with finding a transport chair in the area.
He took the time out of what I know is a very busy day and helped me long distance. He got the sale, a care pass and a great review.
Way to go Cory!

Everybody there was extremely helpful but Beth working the drop offs was by far one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I own a business in Northern Va and would offer her a job if I thought she would move there. I have never had a better pharmacy experience in my life and likely never will again. Thanks.

Ran in to grab a few items and was greeted by the cashier and also another employee asking if any help was needed. After picking out my items I was checked out by Madison who was friendly and funny as she engaged me in conversation. Great customer service with a personal touch!

Have had years of good experience with this pharmacy. Very busy, but they'll still take the time to answer questions and treat you like a person.

The manager is amiable and considerably helpful. He makes the shopping experience both convenient and pleasant.
