Top notch clean store! Shelves are always full with all of my favorites! Staff is friendly and helpful as ever!

This is a small but great Kroger. The fruit section is very good and the staff is very friendly. Shannon was a very pleasant employee and is always good to her customers.

Kroger’s Towers is bananas this time of year. I highly suggest pick up orders, deliveries or lots of time to spare inside the store. It was packed house yesterday. They say it’s the busiest Kroger’s in the City. I only know that because I used to advertise there. Lol

Always packed, but can definitely find an associate to help you with whatever you may need!

This Kroger location in Towers Mall was very busy when I shopped. All the associates I noted were working hard stocking, cleaning, or assisting other customers. I was pleased to see several discounted produce items mixed in with the regular produce, giving the shopper a little break in the current high food prices. This store is huge and not familiar to me, so it took awhile for me to shop, but I found all I needed, with no out of stock surprises. I used the self check out, and a helpful associate was always nearby as needed. The atmosphere was busy but comfortable, and I enjoyed this Kroger shopping experience.

This particular Kroger location was well stocked when I shopped there. I saved $$ using my Kroger Plus Card & downloaded coupons @checkout. Friendly/helpful staff & clean/organized store made my shopping experience pleasant. Easy access parking.

I'm irritated that click list customers get preferential treatment with coupons. Everyone should get the same. Just because I like to go myself instead of you doing it for me, I'm denied some good coupons. I dont cost you a dime and click list customers do. Why do they get incentive coupons and I don't?

Very well organized, neat and clean store. Kroger has worked hard to become more competitive on their prices. This store has the most extensive inventory of most of the Roanoke grocery stores.

I have shopped here for many years and it keeps getting better and better! It has just been newly remolded and the departments have expanded and the store is clean and well stocked. The associated are friendly and helpful and that means a lot to me as well!

I love Krogers , the Towers store on Brandon has just been redesigned . Now initially I was upset due to everything being out of order where I was accustomed to finding what I needed . I hate going to the groceru store and being there longer than I want to be . However, since the team of Kroger designers has come in .....the store is looking absolutely beautiful. Its easier to find everything with the newest setup. After my trip there this morning it was easier to find everything I came to purchase and then some extra items I was able to locate and purchase as well. Thanks Krogers for making my shopping experience a great one .

This store is always clean and very organized. Customer service is always good. Items are easy to find. Prices are good, I highly recommend this location

Kroger Towers on Brandon Ave in Roanoke has done a complete remodel of their store. Their produce department is amazing! They have an extensive organic section and a wide variety of fresh meats and seafood. The bakery department offers fresh baked goods daily. This location is extremely clean and well managed. It's a pleasure to shop there!

This Kroger is worth the drive if it is not your local grocery store. It's customer service can't be beat. You can find not only your essentials when it comes to food but also party supplies, utensils, bath/beauty care products, office and paper goods, and a pharmacy.

Always a great selection of fresh everything. Employees the best. Always helpful. They must go through incredible training because when I ask where the most bizarre stuff is, the always seem to know! And the gas points help too.

Haven't been in year's to to this Krogers Store the people were very friendly. Had to learn my way around a little. I loved or Kroger Stores are my favorite to buy my fresh food ALWAYS good prices.

Super folks to work with, James the manager was very helpful to Roanoke county social services in providing Christmas dinners for residents who otherwise would not have been able to get out and/or pay for the food.

Well I would recommend this Kroger to anyone who lives in the area. It's a very good store they have good prices and friendly staff that is glad to help you. I love it. Five stars

My favorite grocery store to shop in. The one I use is close to where I live and everything I need is there. The store is spotlessly clean and the prices on meats and vegetables are excellent.
