I was comjng here after church, and we were kinda in a hurry but not really, and i just have to say the food at this place is phenomenal. it was so hot! and my veggies were so fresh! even my sisters fruit was so cold and good! their honey mustard and ranch is very well made, the portions are great, and i waited less than 20 minutes!! i would definitely recommend.10/10

I have eaten here about a dozen times. The steak is delicious as are everything I’ve ever eaten there, including the bloomin onion, fried chicken, and baked potatoes. The max and cheese is a little boring compared to others I’ve had. The cocktails are banging , especially for only $7. Will come again.

We had a birthday dinner there tonight. It was VERY busy. Our server Bridget went above and beyond. Nice, outgoing, and really good at her job. Her section was full with several big parties, and she kept us all satisfied and happy. Request her if you want your service as good as your food!!

I have eaten here 10+ times, and all have been 4 or 5 stars. The staff is accommodating, friendly and on top of things. Food is fantastic and always comes out hot. The whole place is clean and easy to figure out. By far one of the best restaurant chains in Roanoake! I can't recommend this establishment enough.

We are so pleased to say that this restaurant has a good customer service. There is one particular person that stand out above everything else and he name is Nerio the bartender! Great personality, very attentive to detail. Love the guy! We always make sure we come when he is working.

We celebrated my husband's birthday last night. It was extremely busy, but Bridget our waitress was attentive to our party of 5. She recommended the new steak with the onion on top and it did not disappoint. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal and interaction with Bridget. The manager came by our table and she was friendly as well.

First time going to outback and I was not disappointed. Staff were awesome Bridgett in particular who just went above and beyond. The food looks like something from a picture made by Picasso and tastes like it too. Chill atmosphere here the place was perfect temperature wasn’t that crowded overall awesome would go here again.

Bridgette was amazing! You should consider yourselves lucky to have her. Not only was she super attentive, she made us all feel welcome and had us laughing throughout the meal. The food was great and the bread…let me say I could eat a loaf of that every day 😂 I highly recommend this location to anyone reading this, and make sure you take care of Bridgette. She deserves it

We had a grrrrrreat meal there Wednesday night! Our server "Rick" was awesome! But apparently he likes being called "William ". 😆 He was very efficient and whity! We'll ask for him next time for sure!

Never had a bad night here. Ribeye is always on point (medium rare) and the mashed potatoes smash.
The Tim Tam Brownie Cake was probably the best dessert I’ve ever gotten from a chain restaurant. Good for 2 people to share!

Great experience at our new favorite restaurant! Our bartender Cooper made our date night an unforgettable one. His service and hospitality were unmatched. So friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely come again! Thanks Cooper!

We brought in a hockey team with about 25 people last Saturday evening. We only waited a short time for our tables to be ready. The servers came and got our orders immediately. The food came out very quickly. Everyone in our large party enjoyed their meals and the checks were all correct. The servers did an outstanding job! The bar staff, Michi, Miranda, and Cooper, were excellent! Miranda was so friendly and had a great attitude. She was a joy to watch prepare drinks! You could tell all three of them enjoyed their jobs and were having a good time interacting with customers.

Bridget was our waitress and let me tell you something I’ve never had a waitress so caring and kind and she was such a fresh breath of air and I’m sure she is to everyone at the outback steakhouse I will be asking for her every time. Thank you so much for your kindness, you’re worth every penny!!!! I hope she is recognized from her managers because I’m sure she brings a lot of business to this company!!!!!!

We haven't been to Outback in 12 years, so it was time to give it a try. This location was very clean, and the wait staff was super attentive. I really enjoyed my food, and they served it according to my dietary restrictions with no problem. Hubby thought everything was a bit spicy, but I think that is how they make it, if my memory was correct.

The prices are a bit on the high side, however, so that will keep it out of our regular restaurant rotation.

Overall, a pleasant experience!

Waitress Bridgette is the best. Very hard worker. Goes beyond helping and serving customers. Ask for her when you get there. She will make you feel at home. She need a raise!!!!!

Great food just way overpriced and the portions are pitiful (Thanks Joe). The server was wonderful! The Bloomin Onion, potatoes, and salad were tiny, and they have purchased smaller plates in an attempt to make it appear that portions are larger. (See pics). $107.00 for two people.

We just had an amazing time here. I set up a surprise dinner for my family with the help of Deborah and for 2 months we planned on this and they came through with flying colors. Our server Bri was amazing and so helpful. Food was really good and had a great atmosphere. Thank you Outback for an awesome surprise dinner.

Bridget was our server and she was excellent. Took great care of our party and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Hope to see her at our next visit.

This is the best restaurant experience I have had since moving back to the Roanoke Valley area. With that said, I have so far never visited an Outback Steakhouse where anything was less than 5 star! If you were to force me to find a fault, I would say maybe it's a bit expensive...but at the same time the experience of complete excellence, and having no complaints seems worth it to me. So many restaurants have gone down hill and I have had to leave bad reviews because the food was terrible, or more recently the workers simply acted like they didn't even want to be there. I am happy to say that this restaurant was the complete opposite. Congratulations to the owners and management, because the workers are a reflection of you; and finally to the rest of the staff, you are absolutely amazing!

One best restaurant in Roanoke, Va to get a really good steak! Food is always good and the staff treats us both like we are family! Love it here.
