My husband and both have the Fast Pass option and really like it. Recently my husband took his truck through and his magnetic sign fell off. We went back several days later to see if they had it. The sign said "Be a hero, donate a kidney for Tim". The person we talked to checked a box where they kept lost and found items. He didn't find the sign and then remembered their manager, Levi, took it and put it on his vehicle. Levi doesn't even know Tim, but thought he would put it on his truck where someone might see it and call. Such a small act. Levi went over and above on helping someone get a kidney. We told Tim's father and he was so touched by your kindness. Thank you Levi!

I am so happy with Watershed Car Wash. Not only is my car always spotless when I leave and the free vacuums are a plus. But this evening I wanted to point out their EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I washed my SUV tans when I arrived home I immediately noticed my FAVORITE car magnet fell off during the wash.
**It was almost closing time ( 5 min till!)
Levi one of the attendants, actually answered the phone! . Most places won’t answer 5 min to closing.
I explained to him my favorite car magnet fell off during the wash today. He asked me what it looked like and immediately went to see if he could find it in the drive through bay. Levi actually FOUND IT! I am so grateful, he not only answered the phone so close to closing but actually found my car magnet I LOVE SO MUCH! Levi went above and beyond to help me. Honestly, I haven’t met anyone who works there who hasn’t rushed over to help me with the kiosks as well as one of the men today said he would actually stop the drive up so I could put my car in neutral.
I highly recommend Watershed Carwash to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Levi!!! You deserve to be recognized for helping your customers.

Cleans car great, not so much of you're tied to the hood. I'm still picking out pieces of the roller brush from my back. Other than that I will come back again to wash the car. Next time I get tied to a hood of a car before a careash I'll wear goggles and a helmet ⛑

Exceptional service! Locked myself out of my car while trying to vacuum. The staff had a lock pick kit and worked for at least an hour trying to unlock it. We finally got it and it saved me 90$ so I’m very thankful. 105° weather but they were determined to help me out. Car wash is also great! But staff is what makes a great business.

I like this car wash. I like the air available to dry cars and the clean rags to help dry and clean cars.

I recently moved to this side of town from east Austin, and am so happy to have found THE BEST bang for the buck car wash. I have had multiple fantastic experiences here, and at this point can't imagine going anywhere else for a wash. One of your employees, Austin, was so incredibly kind and courteous...not sure if he remembers me, but on the off chance he does please tell him Victor says hello! His positive attitude and kindness left a lasting impression on me, and as a result I will never take my cars anywhere else for a wash. Thank you for running such a great car wash so close to my home. I would give you 100 stars if I could, as the wash cannot be better for the price, your vacuums are excellent, the compressed air is a game changer, and the ready-to-use pre-dampened cloths are GREAT. Thank you!!!!

As a business owner myself, not only do I want my car clean but I also want great service. A company that actually appreciates my business, like it should be. I'll start by saying that this car wash itself, is a Gold mine. Finally someone created a car wash that thoroughly washes your car, thoroughly DRIES your car, and does it all in less than 5 minutes of your time from pulling in to leaving. I'm literally blown away at the business model, it's genius. Now on to the employees and service; The folks that work here are absolutely FANTASTIC. Always massive smiles on their faces, extremely competent, and incredibly friendly. I don't know what they're paying their employees, but they have retained some extremely high-quality people. I don't even live near the location, I live in Lakeway but I still signed up for a membership. A+++, if you're a business owner take a ride through this place and take notes. They're doing it right.

Great car wash. Love that they have towels available to detail your car. Vacuums have also worked great. All at a great price with friendly employees. Paid $6 & 1/2hr & got my truck clean as a whistle! Update 5/11/22. Still great. Go there often to clean both trucks. Always a reasonable price & a good wash.

This place is nice. A reasonably priced car wash with monthly $19 per car. Let’s you get your car washed through the drive through, and has vacuums, trash cans, and towels for you to use if you want to go deeper than just the basic wash with your own hands. There is also a vending machine if you need supplies line tire wax, towels, and air fresheners if you want to buy them. Very good deal, always clean and ready amenities.

I've bee to this location twice and one in New Braunfels. All have been great for the price as someone living in an apartment with no access to a spigot it's been easy to just go through and touch up with the towels and vacuum. Highly recommend.

Love this car wash I even got the membership so I just zip through whenever and as often as I want love it! The vacuums here are outstanding they have the best suction of any I have ever tried. Zip through the wash vacuum the interior and bring some widow cleaner and tire shine and you look like a million bucks in your ride

Amazing car wash every single time! Vacuums work really well, and they always have clean cloths for ceiling down the interior of your car.

I've been a member here since this branch opened. It's as good as touchless car washes can be. The complimentary vacuums and towels are great too. Staff are always all smiles and the wait is never too long.

My favorite car wash in Austin, a little hard to get to because of construction but worth it. The best vacuums I've ever used. Very powerful. They offer cloth rags and air to blow out the inside. Great place!

I got lowest level $6 wash, and it did an excellent job on my dirty car. There are free high power vacuums, air and towels. Loved it!
