I was very nervous before going into my procedure. Lots of anxiety for days before… but the day of, when the “nurse” took me into the room, my anxiety totally went away. He was awesome!! I can’t remember his name, but he was so great. Super down to earth and made jokes the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for anyone else. Then Dr. Lin came in and he was great. Super informative and gave all of the information that you could possibly need before hand. The IV and procedure went great.

From the moment I called, I knew that I had called the right place. The staff was warm, friendly & caring. The gal at the front desk, (Jana) made me feel valued and cared for.

As soon as I walked in the front door, I was quite pleased. The office is immaculate & I could tell that the office was well cared for. I was greeted immediately. The wait was not long. The dental hygienist was very warm and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable.

When i met the dentist; I was quite impressed with her knowledge and friendliness. She made me feel comfortable as well.

Dr. C fixed my concerns while I was in the office. I am thankful that she is a perfectionist.

The office is filled with ROCKSTARS!!! They do a great job taking care of each & every patient.

All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful specifically, Jana at the front and Dr. Corone. I was able to work out an affordable payment plan and will continue to get my dental needs handled at this office. It was a smooth and easy appointments and the online portal keeps you up to date and easier to get messages to doctors, send questions or schedule appointments

In a word, excellent! From my first impression of speaking with Jana, my experience was very professional, warm, friendly. All my dental fears faded. Dr. Ciccone was by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She was gentle, she knew exactly how much to numb my tooth and I didn’t feel a thing. No after aches either. This is my dentist for as long as the team remains the same! Thank you!

My family has been coming to Trails Dental Group since 2013. We’ve experienced several changes with administration and doctors.
I’d have to admit driving from Liberty Hill to continue our dental care is a bit absurd but when you find a great atmosphere & you love ALL the hygienist you literally don’t worry about the gas mileage & 620 traffic. 😆

Dr. K (Dr. Kuknooru) is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She’s personable and professional. Gives sound advice when recommending dental hygiene.
Jana (Dential assistant) cleaned, flossed and provided my fluoride. Sweet personality and extremely welcoming.

Love this office and their staff.

Something you will never here after a visit to the dentist office. Greatest experience ever. Though I myself am not being treated the Assist Operation Manager Jana is the most exceptional manager and deserves accolades, walked me threw the computer nightmare of my life. As for my granddaughters teeth they are fine. She is all smiles. Carla

Dr Cicone and Tanya (the hygienist) made me feel very comfortable during my examination and cleaning. They explained to me what needed to be completed and walked me through the processes. My cleaning with Tanya was amazing and also educational. I will be back with my family. Thank you!!

like so many others, i dread the dentist; it had been like 1.5 years since my last routine visit. but an old-ish crown popped off unexpectedly over christmas. one of my husbands came off days later and trails was able to add his visit to the same day as mine. naturally i ended up needing a root canal + crown to rectify the issue… 🥲 i was terrified and felt silly requesting accommodations like nitrous and extra numbing the day before the appointment but everybody was genuinely understanding and so nice. dr cicone was fabulous and patient, and her staff is great. i cannot say enough good things about dr strong’s bedside manner (and singing)… he and his staff were so kind it makes me want to cry lol :’) we have been coming to trails for ~10 years now, since the first owner, and despite changes in staff they have consistently treated us extremely well.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I've had at Trails Dental Group and Orthodontics. As someone who has struggled with dental anxiety for years, finding a dental office that not only understands my fears but also goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable is a true blessing.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by the team and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, and the care I received was top-notch.

Dr. Lin performed the procedure with precision and made me feel at ease throughout. The surgery went smoothly, and I experienced minimal discomfort during recovery, which I attribute to their expertise.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Jana, who played a crucial follow-up role. She was not only warm and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Jana patiently answered all my questions and provided me with clear instructions for post-operative care, which was immensely helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Cicone for about 5 years and find her to be the most gentle and best dentist I have ever been too and I’m 76 years old so I have seen my share. The entire staff at Trails are very professional and caring. Great folks. *****

I took my 4 yrs old son here to have a well check visit, and I couldn't be happier with the team. Dr Jessica Cicone and her assistant Ms Alice were so sweet and patient with my son. They went all their way to make sure my son enjoy his visit as much as possible. Ms Alice took extra time finding the tooth paste of his favorite flavor and Dr Cicone was telling jokes and crack him up during the whole check ups. I really appreciate their way of treating young patients. I was about to just get my son evaluated for his referral letter so that he could see the pediatric dentist, but after seeing Dr Cicone and Ms Alice's amazing work, I decided to just take my son here for future routine visit. Plus my son loves them too, he kept saying "the doctor makes my teeth stronger"!

I just started going to this dental office last week and so far my favorite part of this practice is Jana! Jana is so sweet and so helpful and she makes you feel so welcomed. I am always a bit nervous changing dentist, but Jana had me cracking up and helped me feel less stressed. I went back today and she remembered me as soon as I walked in, which I thought was super sweet. Thank you Jana for being so awesome!

We have had such wonderful experience, that my family and I have made this location our only dentist location. The staff are so friendly and understanding. Our dentist Judy Adan is one of the best we have ever worked with.

I had very severe anxiety even going to a dentist but a situation occurs that I had no choice but go in and I had shared this information with her and Judy was so understanding. She has walked me and my family through our entire visit process. We are a nervous family haha.

If you are looking for a caring and kind environment I would highly suggest going here.

They are reasonably priced and the office manager Melissa Dalton will show you every step and charge that will occur so that there is no surprises.

Again I can't fully find the words to express my enjoyment and graduated to everyone there.

Office is very welcoming and assistants are very professional. Helped me work threw my dental anxiety and the provider/assistant were both very patient with me.

Dr. Kuknoorv & Jana were absolutely amazing and took really good care of me through my absolutely horrible abstraction!! They were really patient with me and all of the the things that could go wrong with my mouth did :( but they fixed me up and now they will be mine and my kid’s dentists! I’m so glad to have found them!

Dr. Cicone, ken, and Megan are absolutely amazing and so friendly! I always look forward to my 6 month check up because I know I’m getting the best care! Thank y’all for all you do!

Jana is awesome!! Love coming into the office to be greeted by someone who’s in the best mood! She’s always so nice and ready to help in any way she can.

Jana was so knowledgeable and she was able to answer all the questions I had about insurance coverages. She was very helpful and very sweet and made me feel so welcomed the moment when I walked in!
