Went there for the first time today to get my ring resized and a diamond replaced in my wedding ring ( which I just sprung on them while I was there) and these guys are so awesome and FAST!!! After I dropped them off I was legit back less than an hour later to pick both rings up! Will definitely be returning!

These guys are great for jewelry repairs. They are usually pretty quick, the prices are reasonable, and they always do a great job. I'd definitely recommend these guys for ay sort of jewelry repair work you may have.

The stone in my engagement ring was loose. I took it to Hilderbrand, even though it wasn’t purchased there. They had the prongs tightened so fast, and even steam cleaned my ring for me. I was in and out in five minutes! They were so friendly and treated me very kindly.
When we’re ready for our wedding rings, Hilderbrand will absolutely have our business.

Wow! I called 10+ jewelers across Austin and glad I came across Hilderbrand. All I needed was a Quick tighten of engagement ring and everywhere I called either sent it away or 2+ weeks to even be seen! Van was very kind and quick to help! Thank you . Will be bringing more stuff by!

New favorite jeweler! My favorite necklace broke so I called to see about repair. Dropped it off and picked it up the same day! 🤯 Keep in mind this blew my mind bc in the past I've taken my broken jewelry to big name places like Tiffany's and they always had to ship it off for repair and it would take WEEKS to get back! Never again! To top it off, I forgot to give them the pendant for the necklace before it was repaired so I returned the next day and they fixed that at no additional charge. They've set a high bar for customer service in my book. Will return.

Had an issue with my watch, they fixed it. Moved out of state and the problem popped back up a year later, they let me ship it back to them for repair at no charge. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I will take all my watches to Hiderbrand. They recently refurbished my Grandfather Omega. I was impressed, it turned out great. If you want a good watch shop that won’t overcharge you… I would highly recommend them.

Heldebrand is a fabulous jeweler! I recently lost the pin that connects the watchband to the face of the watch. Without the correctly sized pin, it is impossible to connect any band to the watch. I went to a jewelry store in the area in which I live and they did not have the correct size pin to fix my watch. I then called the manufacturer of the watch to see if they could repair it and they said that they did not have the size pin that would fit my watch. Basically, they dismissed the repair as not doable. I decided finally to do an internet search for a jeweler who might be able to be of assistance to me. I called Hildebrand and Van answered the phone. He suggested that there was a high probability that he could do the repair. Before leaving for the store, I decided to bring with me a pair of silver earrings, thinking that there might be a remote possibility that he could repair the broken post on one of the earrings because relatively few jewelers seem to work with silver. To my amazement, it took Van about 15 minutes to do BOTH repairs at a very competitive price! I cannot speak highly enough of Hildebrand Jewelers!

Friendly service. Great selection for men and women. I was in and out under 30 minutes for a chain repair for a low price, that came back to me with a complimentary polish. Got to check out some great timepieces in the meantime

Absolute professionals. If you don’t want to wait 12 to 14 weeks and pay three times the money to get your Rolex fixed or maintain there is no better place. In-house, honest and fair.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Hilderbrand. I've gone there for everything from simple battery replacements on my watch to resetting the diamond on my engagement ring. They have always done wonderful work very quickly for a very reasonable price. Super nice folks too. I seriously love this place.

After a very poor experience at Regard Jewelry to get a prong fixed on my engagement ring they had it over a week and didn't even fix it. So I took it to Hilderbrand Jewelers they are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Not only did they fix my ring in the matter of 3 Hours!! but for half the price Regard quoted me!!! Needless to say I will only be doing business with Hilderbrand from now on. So if you want the job done right and at a fair price go to Hilderbrand.

Had an excellent experience with selling an old jewelery set missing its center stone. The staff here gave me a great offer and went the extra mile to explain their process with old jewelry. The owner, jeweler, and watch maker were all very kind and personable!

Beautiful store and great service. I went there to get my watch battery replaced. While I was there, they repaired a broken brooch that had once belonged to my mother. I found them to be personable, professional, and honest.

I stopped in to have a ring resized. The ring was 3.5 sizes too big! I was concerned that having to take it down that much might affect the integrity of the ring, but they assured me it would not. The price they quoted me was lower than their competitors. I dropped the ring off and expected to pick it up a few days later, but unexpectedly was told it would be ready within the hour and that they would text me when it was ready. No more than 45 minutes later I got the text and got a perfectly fitting ring! And as expected, the integrity was intact. The job was done flawlessly. Also, both of the employees I interacted with were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I chose this business due to reviews and the fact that they are an independent business. I'm so glad the reviews were right, and very happy to support small business in Austin.

The in-house jewelers are all excellent, friendly and personable, and timely!!! I have taken in items to be repaired/soldered, and I barely make it through lunch before the text arrives that my ring is ready for pickup!

Also, I have never received such personal, generous service from a company, ever!!

Crazy story, a horse tried to eat my engagement ring off my finger at the renaissance faire. The prongs were bent and one of the stones was loose. I originally took it to a place at lakeline mall who said it would be over $100 to fix and I wouldn’t get it back until the next day. I took it to Hilderbrand and they fixed it in about 5 minutes, cleaned it, and didn’t even charge! They’ve earned a customer for life! Thank you so much!

Hilderbrand Jewlers is exceptionally nice! It’s conveniently located for us in the NW area of Austin, yet also could easily belong in Westlake (for us Austinites you know what I mean😉). Beautiful custom pieces and high end designer watches. Their decor with Cartier and Hermès silk framed scarves are tastefully elegant. The owner and jeweler are so kind and welcoming.
