Summer Moon Coffee

Had the hazelnut latte husband had oj and a banana nut muffin. I had the harvest bread.
Both amazing and great.

Amazing vibe and good drink choices.
Will recommend 1/4th cup moon milk with mocha, coffee or any type of caffeinated beverage.
Tried hot and cold drink.
Found my frozen Mocha to be slightly minty. Don’t know why but it tasted good so I kept my order. Overall good coffee shop

I tried a regular mocha latte and it was delicious. They have a “moon” version where they use a homemade milk called Moon. It kinda sweet though

Great service and a wonderful place to work without disruptions. Super-friendly to dogs, too!

This summer moon location is completely out of my way, but I think it is worth the trip to come out here because this place is run extremely well and the service is always great. I totally understand that in these days no place is perfect because every establishment that is in the service industry is struggling to find good help but this place continues to exceed my expectations very time I come. And if they happen to make a mistake, because no establishment or human os perfect, they fix it right away, without question. I personally think that this summer moon location is the best out of the many in the surrounding areas.

Summer Moon is by far my favorite coffee shop to visit. The coffee is very tasty, the baristas are super friendly and the management works extra hard to ensure all customers are taken care of. They also listen to suggestions and have reinvested in the space by adding comfy lounge chairs and more space inside to work.

If you go early in the morning it can be busy (like every coffee shop) and it tends to have more people stopping and meeting than most coffee shops.

Its a joyful and happy ambiance that I highly recommend.

Delicious coffee, would come here everyday. I enjoy it more than Starbucks. Food is good too but pricey and can make at home.

I am sad that I took so long to visit a summermoon in Austin after living here for a year - blame it on my being from Seattle and Starbucks. I can clearly see why summermoon is the the best and most preferred coffee joint in Austin. Their secretive moon milk is to die for and the latter made out of it - the summer moon is out of the world, turned me into a junkie. There are various locations all over Austin but this location is their newest I suppose. This location is very clean and well maintained, great baristas a s cashiers. I'll definitely go back ofcourse. They have got some bakery items and sandwiches but not a big supply. What they have in abundance is various types of espresso and coffee. Nice spots for working quietly all around the store. Not usually too busy - I went here on a weekend.

There is a barista there, I think her name is Lee. I see her a few times a week in the mornings. She’s always nice and personable. She’s recently been exploring her artistic side with amazing foam art. Kudos on her snowman. This location in my opinion is the best in Austin.

First visit to Summer Moon Coffee Bar. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I got the Moonraker on the rocks - 4 shots of espresso with 4 oz of Moon Milk, poured over ice. Great flavor, not overly sweet. Fast service.

I tried their summmer moon late with almond milk, yum! As well as their medium roast coffee.

Always so good coffe - never disappoints! I usually get a 1/2 moon but today got the 1/3 moon - still good, but 1/2 moon has more flavor. Great study spot. If you wish to enjoy breakfast tacos - gotta get here early!

Loved the vibe at this place! It was our first time visiting here so I was a little confused with the non traditional menu but the barista answered our questions and was very nice and helpful. We got all of our drinks as “half moon” which means half-sweet.

My recommendation: try the Lavender latte - I got it as half moon iced latte with 4 shots of espresso. I could taste the lavender and it wasn’t too sweet. Very good!

Tried the Blue Moon iced coffee. It has a delightful sweet cream with lavender syrup! I also love lavender syrup in milk tea. The servers were very helpful for my first visit.

I'm sure the staff gets tired of explaining their moon milk options which are a welcome difference from a standard coffee shop. I hope they keep doing so because these are the types of places that keep the food and beverage scene in Austin so interesting and enjoyable. If you're going for the first time, shoot for the moon and don't order your standard coffee drink.

Today I had my first Moon Glacier, mocha, and added 2 espresso shots. OMG I can’t even begin to say how much better this was compared to a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino! Sooo much better, you can just taste the quality and it’s so flavorful. I did t know Moon Glaciers didn’t have caffeine and I was so appreciative of the barista asking me if I wanted espresso added!! They told me it would be a bit sweet but I asked to have it not too sweet and assuming the espresso helped. 🤷‍♀ it was perfect and even better than perfect. One of the blended iced drinks I’ve EVER had!

I finished the drink before I got home!! Highly recommend trying these, if you haven’t already. 👏🏻🙌🏻
