Total Wine & More

The only Total wine & more in San Francisco and this place is nice, safe and clean. Upon entering with armed guards outside which provides a sense of peace and security to entering a store of every drinkers paradise. You will see unique and odd bottle designs and every spirit/wine and canned cocktails you can imagine. If you are celebrating something or want to try something that most liquors do not have, I would recommend this place.

Two security guards checked our IDs at the entrance. Surprise bonus: there was a wine tasting led by Edgar. He was super nice and professional. We tried at least 6 champagnes and wines, and Edgar helped us pick one for mixing. Great experience from start to finish.

Got a promotional mailer from Total Wine and decided to check out their new store to restock our liquor at home. It's situated in a really convenient location where you can handle all your grocery shopping in one trip, with Costco, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Best Buy nearby.

I must admit, I felt a significant sense of relief when I noticed there's a gated parking lot and an on-site security guard at the entrance. Before entering the store, another security personnel checks your ID, and then you are good to go.

The store boasts a diverse selection of wines and liquors, and it's clean and well-organized. The staff is truly attentive, making it easy for me to browse and shop without stress.

Total Wine & More located in SF near Costco and Best Buy is a new kid on the block. This location was previously a Staples store but just recently opened as a chain beverage store. I usually shop at the San Mateo location but decided to shop near my office in SF. I love the massive tequila selection. The SF store was quiet when I visited so I hope this location survives.

There's a gated parking lot with security patrolling the lot and guarding the entrance. That alone put me at ease that my car wouldn't get vandalized, so that can't be understated. For the store, the inventory is massive, prices are competitive, samples are everywhere, as well as employees looking to help out. Awesome experience and would definitely go back.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s knowledge on the central coast wine region of California. Most of the wineries I seek out are not widely known by many people, unless you tend to be a wine snob. I met an employee (David I think his name was?) and he was able to identify the location of Tolosa and Laetetia winery, and make some impressive selections that both my friend and I were able to appreciate.

I will certainly be back to this location as Tolosa is very difficult to find elsewhere in San Francisco and will be back for additional recommendations of wine.

As all the total wines this place is full of selections nice staff , it’s really difficult to go in and not to buy anything , ID is required before you go in by the security

I've been a fan of Total Wine since 2014. The selection, as always, was unbeatable, and the prices were better than BevMo. Shout-out to Dave who taught us about orange wines and helped us select two for a party! 10/10 absolutely would recommend to all my friends.

This place is awesome and amazing at the same time. It is a giant playland filled with alcohol and other wonderful things. They may have the largest selection of tequila I have ever seen in San Francisco.

Ordered a ton of alcohol. They opened 2+ weeks ago and I really like the selection and security at the front of the store. Now if this place starts selling Fortaleza Tequila I’ll be there every week! I’m stoked at the competence and effort put into doing this all really well!

Total Wine is the place to go they have everything you need and there customer service is excellent the staff will help you with any item you need and give you advice what is the best item to get they helped me with some taquila and I serve all my friends there and anytime I need liquor this is my to go place

What a huge variety of wines, spirits and beer. Lots of helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good price ranges. I'll be going again.
