If you are in SF- this is one of the must visit place. They have amazing croissants and breakfast options. Their potatoes are a must try 💥❤

I went in late the day after Black Friday to grab a deal on a microwave for my apartment. Their website / app said it was in-stock and available but the shelf and surrounding racks did not have the model I was looking for.

I asked an associate who was completing another task for help and he was happy to assist my search. After checking backroom inventory on his end, he rang me up for a next day pickup order. I browsed the store for a bit before leaving, knowing the microwave was here somewhere...

Before leaving, I politely asked the busy curbside pick-up crew if they had the microwave so I could bring it home right then and there. They didn't hesitate to to look and after 5 minutes I was walking out with my microwave and saved a trip!

I really appreciated the attitude and help from the store associates, especially within an hour of closing on a Black Friday weekend. I was hoping to run in and grab the microwave so I could have a little movie night and I was able to thanks to their work!

It really goes to show how being patient, kind, and advocating for yourself can go a long way! I am thankful for the time the employees took out of their night to save me a trip. Thank you Best Buy employees - you all made my night!

Alex was extremely helpful with his knowledge about purchasing a camera lens and the sony alpha in general. Huge shootout to him! We wouldn't feel as confident in our purchase without his assistance.
Also there was ample security which made it feel like a safe shopping experience

for such a big place there never never seems to be enough staff on the floor to service computers. thank God for Geek Squad working out of class to assist. Vendors who are not serving customers should be located somewhere else I stead of spending all of their time telling everyone they are not able to assist

Super easy to navigate and extremely friendly and professional staff! Highly recommend over some other Best Buy locations in the area especially over the one on Harrison in the city.

Considering this neighborhood is a very busy one, the parking here was great! There were two food trucks at the entrance. The place had enough customers for it to stay in business. They offer an array of electronics and the staff is very knowledgeable about anything electronic you might ask about. Thank you.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Their selection of laptops could be better. It's still refreshing to be able to walk into a store and try things out before I make a purchase

I am extremely happy of being a customer of this amazing electronic store, I’ve been buying products from them since 2019 and I can tell everybody that Best Buy is one of the stores that has the best prices & the best products out of the market. I just recently bought a new dishwasher machine which in another stores will cost me a little bit more but when I went to Best Buy and I talk to one of their representatives, they were very excited to help me out to choose the right product for my place, this review it’s the least thing I can do for you guys for bringing always the best service at the best prices.

Best Buy is the best place to come see what you're interested in in person before actually buying it. This experience cannot replace Amazon and other online shopping. You need to see tech products first in real life before committing like I did with this Sony 4k HDR TV! 👍

I purchased a new TV a few days before Black Friday and got a really great deal. On top of that they gave me several gift cards.

Thanks to the manager (or the director?) AISHA for helping me to exchange the Kenon camera I bought by mistake (on Black Friday), helped me to quickly get it in another store, and even made me a discount to keep the price that was on Black Friday! She is a real professional, she has a good memory and she showed sympathy and respect for me even though I raised a little scandal)

I live just a couple of blocks away from this awesome park and thats where i take my morning walks i can not get enough of the views so beautiful and the people that visit the park so friendly just like locals...perfect place to take pictures and take with you a little bit of our beautiful victorian houses the "painted ladies" are just across the street.
