Great Pharmacist, super nice guy. We at GoHealth/Golden Gate Urgent Care in Mill Valley appreciate all the hard work he and his crew do on a daily basis. I know they are overworked and understaffed during a busy time and they definitely deserve a raise.

My favorite pharmacy in Mill Valley by far. The pharmacist, Khang, has been incredibly helpful in getting me difficult to find medicines, he has helped me identify when I need to bring in a coupon to reduce the cost when I am paying out of pocket, and he’s extremely efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and the entire staff.

The pharmacists at this pharmacy are wonderful! They are helpful, friendly, and efficient. We love going to this Rite Aid for help.

Love this Rite Aid - great wine selection, huge Drug Store Cosmetic Dept.
easy parking, fun holiday stuff marked down to pennies post holiday. And! They have variety of ice creams for cones.

I would just like to say given the times, there are many places short staffed. This Riteaid store is too but I've always been treated with kindness from the front registers and the pharmacy. When short staffed, they're doing the best they can.

Nice local store in a highly competitive area, CVS is 100 yards away, Whole Foods practically next door. Good ice cream served at counter. Helpful friendly staff.

I'm a fan. Well stocked shelves, wide variety of products - huge Wine/Alcohol Dept. Great Make Up and Health Products. Good prices.

Very rude pharmacist. Waiting for so long for the prescription to be filled but was told drugs out of stock. They let us call another Rite Aid to see if in stock. Don't come here.

Mary (and Betsy) the Store Manager's were rude and did not take care of my issue - I was charged over $50 in error for a gift card that was defected (they confirmed this) The clerk keep trying to scan it and was charging me each time!!....She assured me the transactions would be voided. They were not...I only spent $6 but over $50 was charged. I will be disputing this with my credit card company as well. I was charged in error multiple times, which they acknowledged but insisted I was given some of the cash back. This is not true!! They have cameras everywhere and said they could access the recording to confirm if cash was given to me - I told them to review the video. They decided to just say no, and shortchanged me. Mary should not be a manager and needs to learn how to handle customer situations like this. I will never shop there again and cancelling all my prescriptions that are linked to Rite Aid as well. Rite Aid will reply to this saying they gave me money back - they did, but it was not the full amount - I was still short changed for their error.
