AT&T Store

Anastasia was so helpful. She knew everything we wanted and suggested things we didn't know we wanted but we did want. She offered us several ways to save money by changing up our plan. And she was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

I really liked the service in this store, this is the best store. Thank you very much to Anastasia who helped me with my problem, in my city they refused to help me, they told me to figure it out myself and call, but Anastasia was able to do everything, which I am very happy about, she is a professional in her field!

Best service I've received in a while the manger Anastasia and the young man named Sam gave me better customer service than I've had at other AT&Ts I don't know if there corporate looks at these but those two deserve some type of bonus, paid vacation, or even pay raise with how exponential there service is great group of Individuals

Went in to trade out my galaxy flip for a new iPhone. Kaylee (assistant manager) did an amazing job! Seemless and painless process. Will definitely be back to see her for my AT&T needs. Location was also great, not too busy a store.

Simone fixed in 30 minutes what multiple AT&T support specialists couldn’t fix in 4+ years. Honestly I’m still a little shocked. I couldn’t recommend this store or Simone more. If it were my employee, I’d definitely pay her more.

The store team, makes sure you are serviced and really multi task to help you out. A great experience from a service perspective. Anastasia was wonderful ! and very helpful with my new iphone purchase. She really deserves more than five stars

Samuel Robinson was one of the most helpful sales representatives I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any store, anywhere! He spent over two hours with me as I selected a new phone to upgrade to and waited for the data to transfer. He was patient and kind and educated me about the phone’s capabilities. He walked me through the whole process with clarity and efficiency, and even shifted me to a new lower monthly plan. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!

Anastasia the manager spent an inordinate amount of time supporting us in making changes to our account, setting up new phones and went way above and beyond for our family today. And the best part was my daughter walked away with a shiny new iPhone for her birthday! Thank you so much for your time and attention today Anastasia, you are the best!!

My ATT customer service representative (Simone) at the store was outstanding!! She answered all my questions and reviewed my plan to decrease my basic monthly costs and set up a second phone. Thank You Simone!!

I had an Asurian came to my house to replace my broken phone and to tranfer my data but unfortunately I've been struggling since then having my full data on my new replacement phone. So, I decided to visit at&t store in mill valley and the lady her name is Anastasia she was such a great agent. Spent around an hour trying to find a way to help me out transfer my data on my new phone and she helped me also to set up my voice mail account since I don't have it. When AT&T sent me the regular message to leave review about the service I meant to send them about my struggling with the phone, I didn't mean to leave a bad review for Anastasia. She is a great example of a great customer service ever.

Simone, the Assistant Manager, helped me. Simone is terrific. A+++. She helped me rationalize my phone plan and how to save money by getting a new model phone. Simone is super smart and friendly and knows the product line and coverage very well. Thanks fir excellent customer service.

Simone rocked at setting us up. We transferred from an obscure carrier so she had to do the heavy lifting for 3 of us: waiting on the phone, persisting with all the prompts, making sure we were getting it done but at the cost of her sweat but no tears. Simone was congenial and patient!!! Jeremy helped the 4th member of my family on another day and he was similarly customer-centered.Michael greeted us warmly and so the entire team deserves kudos for being technically competent/efficient and also super friendly!

I picked up a new iPhone today, and Sam walked me through the process of setting it up and transferring my old phone's info to the new phone. It took about 10 minutes and was super simple. Thanks, Sam!

Places like this are the reason I have kept my AT&T plan for so many years. Just the most helpful staff who are fun and personable. Simone was especially great. She saved me so much money, I wish I went sooner. I was able to successfully add a second number for nearly the same price I was paying for one. Great place.

Jeremy is the best! He helped my 88 year old dad find a phone that was just right for him and took the time to get it all set up and teach my dad how to use a smart phone. I was so relieved to get the help so my dad would feel confident about using a cell phone. Jeremy also offered to give dad tutorials anytime he runs into trouble. Our Strawberry ATT store in Mill Valley is great. I always get fantastic service!
