Loved this local shop. The butcher shop was excellent and lots of great and specialized ingredients available.

Excellent staff. Very good selections of everything from cheese, butcher shop items, produce, quality deli, local craft beers, wines, and day to day products. Too many things to itemize. The store is chock full, with narrow isles. We stay at a small AirBnB in Mill Valley. This store has everything! Oh!!! I forgot to mention that the staff is always upbeat and helpful. If you like to buy locally made food products, this is your chance to explore locally made food products.

This is a great little family run grocery store. Convenient location and they have pretty much everything you need. Lots of good fresh produce, too.

So many hidden treasures here, it's amazing for being my "local" store for over 40 years. The staff is always helpful and the deli is quick and easy to grab some hot food or soup to go but parking can be a challenge.

To me, this place is the ideal local market. Friendly & helpful staff, with a wide selection of quality items to choose from.

The meat counter is staffed by people that know their craft, and Henry makes sure there is always a unique selection along with staple items.

Be patient when parking, it's Mill Valley... there's nowhere to park anyway! 😆

Stopped in while visiting Mill Valley for the week. Great place to stock up on food, drinks, liquor, etc. Has what you need and more.

Tip: generous deli selection and warm food available. Great for whipping up a quick dinner or making a picnic basket.

Absolutely amazing market! The grocery selection is small but has everything you'd need. They have a huge variety of amazing cheeses. Their deli is absolutely fantastic. Some of my favorite sandwiches in all of North Bay. They're huge and filled to the brim with amazing, fresh ingredients. The beer selection is good and the wine and liquor selection is incredible. The prices can be a bit high for some items but its always worth every penny. Everyone who works at Mill Valley Market is so friendly, polite and helpful. They have a have a small parking lot and bathrooms.

The best local market around. They have the only pesto that matters and the best local bakery bread to go with it. If the don't have a particular item at the seafood counter, they'll try to order it for me. The staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Throughout the crazy pandemic, they've been logical, safe and a source of calm. I can't say thanks enough.

Great little market. Far above average for it's size. Great selection of high quality cheeses and other deli fare. The staff, especially in the wine department, are knowledgeable and helpful. Above average customer service.

This place was way bigger inside than it looked. They have prepared food and an amazing cheese section. Lots of meats and sausages, many fancy yougerts. A foodie's dream of all kinds of ingredients!

We love this little town market! Best produce of all Marin County markets. Why? Because there is literally always someone posted there checking, replenishing and arranging the fruits and veggies. For a tiny space they pack in a lot of options - all of them fresh, crisp, clean, stacked... This store and its employees take great pride in making this section shine. The rest of the store does a lot with the limited space. You'll somehow find everything you're looking for. Everything! There is even an attached deli and liquor store. Up front is the largest selection of gourmet chocolate bars North of the Golden Gate. Great store. Great vibe!

All in a spacious impeccable store.

Incredibly helpful. Amazing selection of foods. A real old-fashioned butcher shop to custom cut and advise your meat selection. Many organic type meat choices. Top vegetable selection; many chosen from very local mini-farms. Local honey from Mt. Tam. Gluten free choices. Fine Olive Oils. And the people at the registers become good friends.

This family run grocery has great veggies, many of which they grow on their own farm and a real butcher! Their shelves lined with goodies are not always common as they are made/grown in small batches from other farmers and small food businesses. The quality is there and so is their personal touch!

Though it me seem a little more pricey than other grocery stores, this family business carries a lovely selection of healthy, locally produced foods. Be sure to check out their amazing deli. I go their everyday for lunch. The Daily Deal is always yum, and so is their Threewells and the Veggie Roller. Great beer, wine, and spirits selection.

Top of the line market that squeezes great products into every square inch of space they have. I saw some reviews saying they were expensive but that wasn't my experience. Fair prices for above average choices. You're going to pay more for homemade lamb sausage than you would for Johnsonville Brats. Seems fair.

Beyond that, the folks I talked to that worked there were incredibly pleasant. The meat counter folks were knowledgeable and had time to talk to you without making you feel rushed. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I always make a stop at the Mill Valley Market on our way to hiking trails on Mt. Tam to pick up lunch and snacks. We order the sandwiches online on our drive over and pick them up at the deli, along with choosing from the vast array of snacks and beverages choices. The sandwiches are TO DIE FOR! They have so many sandwich options and build your own options, but I always get the Hoo Koo E Koo on Dutch crunch ❤
