CVS

In these last months the difference is big but, what is not all is that they do not have enough employees and that is why they cannot help us when we need to ask something but the manager what time has never seen much difference all the time has a smile and always up to 100 to help their customers but, something I realize they short of employees. ‘’They hire more employees’’ throughout the Bay Area to the company I know that a taqueria has more employees than a large company. I would like that change because we love to shop in cvs. Give this store 10/10

Always nice. I print lots of photos they are always so well taken care of. All the staff especially the manager give great customer service.

Updated review: the pharmacy has upped their game. Seems like there’s new staff and they’re much better than before. Staff are helpful. People answer the phone with short wait times. Please keep up the good work CVS.

(Old review) This CVS location is a disaster. The pharmacy staff are rude and borderline incompetent. There’s always a long line and a wait. They almost never answer the phone. The building itself is awful and needs a massive remodel. An altogether bad experience. Best avoided. There’s a Rite Aid close by that’s better. I now go out of my way to avoid this CVS location.

This CVS is always the perfect spot for all of the personal needs shopping. It’s never too busy. It’s close to great spots for a quick, easy, inexpensive bite. Close to everything around here.

Unlike the one in the Bon Air Center, this CVS actually answers their phone. So there’s that.

Pharmacy was very helpful. Check out staff is cordial. I find the prices very high. Every time I check - prices are higher that other drug stores.

I hate self checkout. Yet I use it.

Just go to Rite Aid instead.

This pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I have never waited less than 45 minutes to speak with someone, and then that person is inevitable rude and unhelpful. I hate that my insurance provider makes me use CVS.

Not one to review but this pharmacy is truly terrible. Techs consistently rude over the phone and in person, one in particular. Zero patience for nauseated pregnant woman needing Zofran, and consistent mistakes most visits. If you hate your job find a new one? And please stop spreading your misery. Would avoid entirely except for the fact that our insurance uses CVS Caremark :(

I would avoid using this pharmacy if you can. The pharmacy staff is consistently short with patients and among the rudest I've ever experienced. The store is a mess. CVS needs to fix this.

I went here for a simple item and could not find it. I stopped a staff member to ask where I could find the item. Before I got my request out she said “I am busy”. I said “I just want to know which aisle has hand sanitizer”. She responded “ I said I am busy”. I followed her and watched her walk behind the check out counter and stand there behind another employee that was checking someone out. She did nothing. I asked for her name and was told it was Ti or Ty. I was warned not to go in this store because the staff is very rude and unhelpful. I should have listened and gone to Rite Aid instead.
