Michaels

Michael's is a nice shop for artsy stuff. It has all kinds of stuff from yarn to paint. I bought a frame for a painting, the selection of products they have is huge. The place is clean and well organized. I have come here to shop multiple times, and I always have a great experience.

Michaels has always been a happy place for our family. It's our go to place from my kids school projects , arts/ crafts & plenty more . I can stay here all day esp during holidays, finding almost everything I need for my decors / crafts. The manager / the staff are very attentive & are always happy to help with a smile. I

I went there today to find a frame for an odd sized painting. Terrell who works there was extremely helpful. He was already busy working on custom frame orders, but he did not mind my interrupting him several times to help me select a ready made frame and colored mount board. He also cut the board to the proper size while I was there. Terrell made Michaels a place that I would want to return to.

Helpful staff and well stocked to get items needed for small craft projects.

Today I needed help replacing glass in a broken frame and Michael A in the custom framing dept helped me so much! He talked me through a few options and helped me get my project done. He even wheeled over a bin to help me dispose of my broken glass and plastic wrap. He was so friendly and helpful and I really needed that today! Thanks Michael and Michaels (ha)! Great customer service experience!

Very helpful staff. Helped me find several items that were unusual and get my reward discount.

It's pricey but good products and lots of sales

love Love LOVE this store....I could stay in for hours just looking at everything and getting wonderful ideas for projects.....always miss the grab bags when they surface but I haven't given up hope. ;)

UPDATE 2/26/23: I NEEDED to go pick up something so I decided to head on over there and OHHHHH MYYYYY $10.00 GRAB BOXES!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO! OK not gonna lie,I got 3. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh actually had some pretty great things.

got in and out of her in 10 mins the day before Halloween which is amazing. i had to pick up so googly eyes for the wife. They have a huge select to choose from.

I had a really good experience honestly, it was my first time here. I asked a employee that i was looking for black light paint and there was only 1 available on the shelf when she directed me to the location. She was busy with another customer so I asked another employee and she was able to find some in there "back stock" so to speak and I left a happy customer 😀

Got a candle making kit and a Calligraphy pen, cheap but good, Halloween decorations are out which is nice.

Lots of items in stock that were unavailable at other locations...

This place honors the coupons well. They are very understanding of doing multiple separate purchases so you can save money. Great selection and customer service.

Called looking for day planners for 2024. Person who assisted me was very helpful.
