In terms of inventory, this is probably the best Ross in the Bay Area. Sometimes understaffed and the checkout lines can get long, but we've bought many great items here.

Staff keeps the store nice and organized just as you'd expect from a ross. The busy staff is willing to stop and help which is a great plus.

This is my go to location not just for convenience, but also because they always have great selections. Another reason is because whenever I’m returning or exchanging something, I frequently have the pleasure of being helped by Deborah. She is always so friendly and sweet and provides excellent customer service. Being in customer service myself, it’s definitely a great feeling when you get that Grade A level of service. Always a pleasure Deborah! You deserve 10 stars!

You can find some nice bargain clothings. Big area with Amazon locker.

1st experience of Ross, shoes are shelved based on sizes rather than just a mishmash chucked on a long shelf. Good prices throughout, recommended A+++++

Every employee on the floor wished me a good morning. They were so cheerful. It was so organized. They were stocking shelves and racks. Even the security guard was nice when the lady at the register forgot to take the security tag off. Great deals for my mom, daughter and myself. Thank you

Whenever the new employee can't get the price gun to work, you've got a 50/50 chance of an incredible deal. Beats the Lotto any day.

Nice clean, organized store compared to some that I have been to. I love this one because I'm plus size and I always find great things that fit me well and the price is ALWAYS good!

If you are pursuing cheap branded goods and luck enough to find one. You can tell the price is a lot cheaper than the same products sold in San Francisco Premium Outlets. For example, certain model of Skechers shoes for women are sold $29 like everyday in Ross while you have to wait until christmas holidays if you want to buy the same model in San Francisco Premium Outlets.

I like Ross , no different from Marshall prizes are very affordable, from kitchen ware appliances, clothes, shoes, toys ect.

Great prices, but they usually only have 1 register open, so the line takes forever 🙄
