Going on our 4th season and have no regrets on buying this tree from Target. The kids add more decorations with the money we save every year with this artificial Christmas tree. My Wife is so good in decorating I had only two thing to do was lifting and assembling the tree. Comes in 3 part and base ,lights already permanently on the tree. Target is typically one of my favorite places but during the holidays it is extremely scary and the shelves are strangely bare. I am happy to report there is a lot of ADA accessible parking and the store is quite accessible. the Serramonte parking lot is nice and flat. I think the best thing to buy at Target is probably toys and I'm pretty sure everybody agrees. everything else t!! here is kind of chancy, but I love it anyway and it's good to know that they have started carrying some new indie makeup brands!! ♥✨💋💄👀

Loved it!! Lots of sales, was easy to find everything I needed. All the stores are designed to make it easier for customers to find the products they are looking for. In & out, no hassle, no stress.

I’ve been going to this Target ever six months (w/ the exception of the pandemic) since it opened to stock up on household goods & other fun items. For years, I’ve continuously had good shopping experiences at this store. It’s mostly fully stocked with a variety of useful & wonderful items; the staff is very professional, eager to assist, & kind; & it’s just a clean, enjoyable place to shop. Thank you for the excellent experiences!!

I ordered a comforter on black Friday out of need, not for deals, so was dreading the lines I'd have to wait in, but we had unexpected guests and no bedding, so there we were at the mall on the day after thanksgiving. I was braced for the worst, but in about 2 minutes after checking in (or less!) a nice girl popped out with our order. I was shocked at how fast we were out of there. Thank you!

Drive Up convenience! Not having to haul two young children in and out of the car, and still get what I need has been a life saver! I also want to give recognition to the young man Edwin that fulfilled my Drive Up order. I had multiple orders, and only one was ready. I think he may have noticed the last name on my other orders was the same because as I was pulling off I got the alert that the others were ready! SUCH A STRESS RELIEVER! Trying to leave the house later or planning another trip the next day was going to be an inconvenience, so I really appreciated that!

Target is one store I typically shop at & had many good experience. I want to share a great customer service experience I had yesterday. I’ve been looking for a Nintendo Switch animal crossing system at other stores & was not able to find it available in any of the store or have one delivered before Christmas. Glen in your electronic department helped me check to see the stock availability in the other target stores since it was not available there. Glen advise me try on-line to see if it’s available & I was able to purchase one with Glen’s help. Not only was I able to buy the system, Glen provide me a great experience & I could see he was truly happy that he was able to help me. Thank you, Glen!

Great store. Very well stocked with everything I need, and the customer service is always on point. I regularly go the order online to pick up in store, and usually the service is fast. every now and then it is slow, but usually when it is a particularly busy day.

Great service from the cashiers. They guide you to the most open check out line and our always smiling. I always have trouble with the Target app on my phone and they are always patient and kind.

I prefer this Target to the one down the hill in Colma. Less walking around to get everything. Cat food, Temptations Treats and Kitty Litter, my Favorite yogurt flavor, Chobani Key lime 4 packs (but usually I have to ask a taller customer to reach them for me). I also usually go to self-check-out because it’s often faster than a line with a checker.

I received amazing customer service even though they're really busy the day before Christmas Eve somebody went to the back and found the extra chairs that I needed and quickly. The cashier was really fast, friendly and accommodating.

This day was saved for both me and Target by one employee named Nate that works on the weekends at the self checkout area I've gone through the store and basically been treated like a thief they were following me through the store and they made it more than obvious they were and I could hear him calling back and forth on the radio about me the whole way and it was very upsetting and there's no need for that they could have done it a lot more low-key and I upset me so much as I don't steal anything I write a lot of reviews about people treating me like a thief when I don't deserve to be and I don't appreciate being judged by the way I look when I don't steal a darn thing anyway I was quite upset by the time I went to check out very depressed and hurt and you guys were going to get a one star and quite a low review and the other guy young guy named Nate who works for the self checkout came up to me asked if he could replace the baskets and he said thank you he said it is such a healing soft voice friendly voice that I turned to happy tears and that's how come you guys are getting five stars because Nate's kindness when otherwise you really don't deserve it at all that Nate he saved the day for you and for me you didn't really give him some kind of reward he's really quite an employee thank you Nate for making my day when it was really headed down here fast and don't ever change

5 STAR TECH SERVICE AT Target
One great benefit of being a Consumer Cellular customer is having access to technical support inside Target store. I recently have a big problem that was caused by a very tiny little button on the side of my iphone. Although the Target staff (in red tee shirt) could not help much, Nick the tech specialist solved my problem in just under 5 minutes.
In the future I hope to be able to make an appointment if the technical staff is not available when I walked in instead of being told “...if you’re lucky, Nick will be back here after lunch. I just cannot tell you when” !!!
All in all Thank You Nick for the efficient and professional help. 🌷🙏🌷

TOILET PAPER? NO PROBLEM
In time of Covid, Target at Serramonte really made my life better. With limited constant number of customers allowed in, disinfected carts, spacious floor facilitating physical distancing, i feel very safe shopping there.
This morning I noticed there are plenty of toilet paper, napkins, dishwashing soap, as well as regular food items. Everyone in the store were wearing masks and we did leave enough space for each other.
Thank you for remaining open and provide our city with basic necessities.

Has a great Target Optical but it’s a crowded parking lot and store because it’s next to the mall. It’s way bigger than the Colma Target and they always have more stuff in stock too. Colma is more popular and busy so the shelves are always empty. 95% of the time Serramonte has stocked shelves.

Customer service at the Serramonte location (Daly City, CA) is absolutely FABULOUS. The Manager of the store, Melvin, is extraordinary and the Cashier, Mary, is truly one in a trillion - upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
