I was there to look at the laptops. Although I typically shop on-line, but for laptops I really want to feel the weight and sizes and compare. The store representative gave me great descriptions and suggestions based on my use cases, and pointed out one particular new model was last day on sale. It was because my discussion with him that prompted me make the purchase. It's been almost a month now. Enjoying my new laptop. Great service!

Nice electronic store. I would suggest to use real phones on Google Pixel section because there might be people who are interested to check the real phone utilisation in personal experience before purchasing it.

I like this store. Excellent organization, nice and professional enogh (again, enough, not the bosses of sales) workers, sometimes very hood deals.

I purchased a tv and soundbar online and scheduled it for in-store pick up. The store had my order ready within hours and I received an email notification with updates. Changing the pick up person through the app was easy! I was able to have my husband pick up part of the order, then I picked up the other part a few days later. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, the received helped putting it in my car.

Great service, explained everything we needed to know on new washer and security items. Very friendly didn't rush great location was greeted at the door and asked if we needed help guided to a certain department.

I've been coming here for years, they always have what I need. Parking and location are convenient. Many of the employees are genuinely passionate about technology, they won't oversell you or rip you off, they'll help you get what you need. I appreciate this location.

Pick up your Amazon electronics deliveries at the FRONT "order pickup" desk and show them your phone. I love my Insignia 43" Fire TV that I got for under $200 on Prime Day. The young guy helped me carry it to my car. Super happy!

Nice clean place with decent parking

Great place to shop at, but they need to have more representatives on the floor ready to help. I Wasted almost 3 hours just to ask of one of the workers to get a item that was in the back storage area.

I'm following up on my prior review regarding delivery and support for my online purchase from my store account. Like most reviews here, I'm a member, and we all have been loyal customers for years. After never receiving my TV, I went to the store, which is what I should've done in the first place, as they're only 4 miles away. I assumed the TV was coming from the the store and the Geek Squad as well. Turns out Corporate headquarters decided to outsource the Squad and customer service, hence no accountability or communication. I went to the store as they don't even have a phone anymore like the old days. I'm giving them 5 stars because I received great customer service as soon as I was greeted and he assessed my situation and immediately called his manager to assist me. The manager was also patient and introduced me to Sales person Donald Wilson. I observed that sales staff has been cut down, and Donald had 4 other customers to assist. We all resolved to be patient and let Donald do his magic. He was so thorough and knowledgable to all of us. His friendly and professional manner assured us he needed to prioritize our issues, which we didn't mind. Fortunately, one of the in-store Geek Squad guys, Dave Holeman, was assisting Donald and took the initiative to look up my account and TV. He and Donald advised me to cancel the online order to cancel any delivery appointments and refund my Credit card. Dave assisted with wifi connect and walked me through to access my account on my phone. Both these fellows went above and beyond to assist everyone, and we all expressed our gratitude. They had two TVs in store and would make a new sale. I also got my refund for the online order, and $288.00 installation fee, within 1 day. I could've saved myself a lot a grief and gone into the store and gotten experts to help me. It's a shame the staff has been cut so drastically. I know Amazon and Costco are competition, but Best Buy is making profits. They also need to advise on their website there isn't local store Geek Squad on Mondays. It's outsourced and roll the dice if it gets delivered. Corporate salaries deny customers and employees out of the service we deserve. I will continue to shop in the store to continue to support the employees, especially with the holidays coming up.

I broke the screen of my Samsung phone. The Geek Squad did a great job of fixing it. It was t cheap, but well worth it.

Did curbside pickup on a new TV and it was painless. I would definitely recommend in the future.

The Geek Squad really knows their technology! It's such fun to watch them resurrect your phone from uncooperative to smoothly functional! There's a complicated way to lengthen of the ringtone with code numbers and numbers and letters to call. Who thought that one up?? Geek Squad was able to lengthen my ring long enough to actually get to my phone in time to talk to my friends! Magical! My photos are now back on my SD card so I am very excited I could sign up and use their services. Nobody else I went to could help! Geek Squad is super!

Best Buy is a fun store to explore all the new gadgets for your home, office, or job.

The Daly City branch surely impressed. It was clean, very well organized with a different flow of product placement for first time visitors that wasn’t overwhelming, and very friendly and actually helpful staff.

I'm so happy with the Geek Squad Total Tech Support, I had messed up my desktop and I had to replace the motherboard and I swapped out my CPU cooler, once they were done with my desktop, it runs so much faster and better than I had it prior it last working. The friendly Geek Squad staff were very helpful and friendly, I will definitely come back and utilize there services again when coming to upgrading more of components in my desktop. Very pleased with the job well done. So thank you very much for the work and services. I can totally see the difference!

Shout out to the employee with glasses who went on a fetch quest for me to find the last antiquated dvi-hdmi cable that was hidden in the back room.

We always shop online and pick up in this location. The staffs are nice and always help with what we need.

Burt & the Geek Squad team at Best Buy Colma are fantastic. Needing help with photo transfers, and my BB laptop and new cell help. Was a great, trusted and satisfying experience. 1st time not my last and reccomend to all in need. Less stress when you remember to make an E-appointment or call for your free GS 20 minutes of assist.
