AT&T Store

We had a great experience with Victoria and Mallory at this store. Helped us through a difficult transfer from a really old Samsung phone to a brand new iPhone. They are smart, patient, professional, and kind. We highly recommend them and this store! Thank you for everything!

Left this location more than satisfied! If you are looking for an amazing customer service experience ask for Sandy. Best representative I’ve encountered. she was very helpful, informative and just overall amazing. She was able to get me an Apple Watch with $300 off!

I came in and Sandy was so quick to greet me with a smile!
My old Apple Watch wouldn’t sync to my phone anymore and she got me set up with a brand new one for practically FREE! I told her I’d be back soon with my mom to get her set up too and she promised me she would take care of anything I needed. Amazing service!

Victoria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was having issues with my data for a few days/weeks. Went to the AT&T across the street and they were unable to help fix it. They told me to call IT, so I called IT. First lady was trying and was helpful but couldn't resolve my issue so she transfers me to advanced IT. I think, she knew what the issue was but she didn't give me a clear answer then rushed to get me off the phone. Finally, I went to a different AT&T store. Victoria resolved the issue and explained it all in layman's terms so to speak. Now I can make and receive calls and texts again, however I do miss the peace and quiet.

Went here for phone upgrades. Wasn't able to find the customer service feedback from the mail so just want to leave my review here. We are helped by Raymond. Giving him a 5 star review on his service. Very helpful and efficient despite having technical problems with there system in at&t. Thank you!

Wonderful service. Victoria was very nice and professional. She made sure she understands what I needed and also made sure I understand the deals. She tried her best to solve a problem I had and helped me communicating with the international department. She sat with me for almost 2 hrs patiently ! I’m very thankful !

Was having some service problems with my IPhone , came in to see if they can help . Sadly nothing could be done on their end but they explained the options I have. Really like the information & how much they actually wanted to help . Any future services I need I’ll probably just come back here.

Came in to discuss my bill and the current promotion I was getting on a phone I got at another store . The previous store didn’t explain how it worked , thanks to Raymond I understand how I’m going to receive my credits from att.

Annalee Cruz help us through the process of setting up our new iPhones. We are very impressed with her work etiquette and customer service she knows what she is doing she is a great worker she can multi task helping us also helping with other customers at the same time. Definitely I highly recommend this place.Two thumbs up for Annalee.

Jose at Serramonte Center was great! He was very helpful and resolved all of my issues with my new account. The Burlingame store (where I initially set up my account) did not set it up correctly. Jose resolved all my issues. Wonderful service! 5 stars!

This was the third AT&T store that I went to get help my wireless internet that was no longer working. The manager was very helpful and helped me get in touch with the correct department at AT&T and I was able to get my device replaced. I would go there again!

AWESOME TEAM. Even speak Tagalog & Spanish. Make you feel at ease, like part of the family. And, they have specials on Tuesdays. Google shows a photo of a kiosk, but this a real store--across from the place where people get their ears pierced.
